Friendly staff that took care of my needs and answered all my questions about the process.

My husband was home when the technician came by to clean our carpet. He came by on time, was helpful in getting the sofa moved and cleaned the carpet in a good timeframe. Best of all, the carpet looks great!

I like the fact that carpets dry within a few hours. Didn't have success on cleaning up one spot, so will have to try something myself.
We are very pleased with the service we received from our technician. He was very helpful thorough. He also finished in a timely manner. We also asked about cleaning the grout in the kitchen. He not only gave us an estimate, we felt it was fair and he cleaned thew grout. Vast improvement on the kitchen floor.

I was impressed with the technician; he was very professional and expedient. I was not that impressed with the overall treatment. It lacked several components that I have received with other carpet cleaning companies, ie racking the carpet post primary cleaning.

Sherod Stewart came out to clean our carpets and was so nice. He explained everything he was doing and told me about all the services he offered. He even helped me catch a “big” bug that had gotten in my house. My carpet looked great when he was finished and I only wished I had gotten them cleaned sooner. I highly recommend Zerorez!
