That your practices is environmentally clean

as always, the tech I request is Ed, in the commercial group, always does a great job.

There were spots which didn't come up which I know happens. However, once the team left, I used as Clorox wipe and several of the spots came up. In addition, there were still several areas still dirty which I know happens too. I used my spot bot w water only and the water which was retrieved was darker than what was in the visible hose thing from zerorez. Also, in front of the chair my daughter sits at, the carpet is now actually hard. 1st time disappointed.

No chemicals still cleans amazing!

i have used zerorez for several years now, and have had a mixed bag of results, mostly relative to the service tech. this tech was nothing short of the best. all of the rest of the techs should be trained by him. every business should be fully engaged in meeting the customer expectations and delivering a great customer experience, and he did just that.

The representatives that came out to clean the apartment rooms were very professional and caring and they did a great job getting stain out of carpet and on recliner. I would highly recommend Dionte Taylor!!!! He was so nice and explained in detail what he would be doing and was very thorough in cleaning.

Technician was very professional

The carpet cleaning is thorough, prompt and effective, the carpet is left with a minimum of water, which dries quickly. The tile cleaning is also very good, and the technicians were very conscientious about getting both the carpeting and tile as clean as they possibly could.

I also got a quote for duct and coil cleaning, with antimicrobial treatment - I thought the quote was a little bit high (even with significant discounts), however, I trusted Zerorez to have the proper equipment and to do a good, professional job, so I accepted it, and I believe they did a great job. My air quality is markedly better since the service, and it feels like my AC units have been cooling much more effectively since the cleaning. I was pleased with the careful and complete service, and I'm ok with paying a market price for good, reliable service. I also appreciate that the technicians focus on the work, and not the hard upsell.

Booking the appointment was super easy, got a confirmation text and email, the tech was right on time and very nice and professional. And of course, my carpet looks great!

Zerorez customer service representative called and let me know that the service man was ahead of schedule and was available if we were. When he arrived, he was very professional. He went over the services that we requested and made suggestions that we needed. He was very efficient and our carpets were left looking brand new. We will definitely use Zerorez again! They deliver on what they promise.

They came early, were very efficient, did not take up a lot of time because they knew I had errands to run. Got an appointment right away. Not much of a wait, called ahead to let me know they were coming. Friendly and professional. Would use their service again. All the tools they used to clean were modern and up-to-date, actually showed me how the cleaning process worked. Told me of the other services offered.

Got my rugs clean affordable.

Cleaning of area rugs at $5/sf only make sense for very expensive Turkish rugs for example.

Cleaning concept, very good. Technician very nice and helpful young man. Felt training received was light. Needs improvement.

Call center polite but lacking on sensitivity when speaking with customers. Each contact (and there were about 4) felt they didn't care if I used the service or not. Made it clear arrival delay was my problem. Too long on hold before representative answered (reinforced the customer is not important). Pricing was confusing and felt I was not getting the best offer.

Franchisor does not appear to have control of the business.

I love the online scheduling, plenty of availability, and the specials. My carpet looks and feels great too! No chemical smell, no "crunchy" feel.

No complaints! My only recommendation would be to confirm your appointments closer to the 30 minute time frame prior to an appointment vs just a few minutes prior. Thank you!
