Adrian was amazing. He was very patient and meticulous with his work. He took his time explaining everything to me. Then took his time cleaning the problem areas.
Unfortunately, the treatment did not work. This is definitely not a reflection on Adrian. The products simply did not work.
I was told the turnaround time for offsite rug cleaning was 2-3 weeks by the technician who came to our house. We now have been waiting 4 weeks with no ETA provided. I have an event next week and never would have signed up, had I known it would take this long.
great customer service and great cleaning
The service tech was very nice, helpful and was careful with our newly painted floor trim. The carpet was soft, clean and brighter.

You charged me a fortune more than I was originally told for an hour and a half of work ... he said the regular cleaning “would just bring things to the surface”, so while he was here I had to let him talk me into all this other cleaning that I “needed” even though my carpets in my new home were only three years old ... lot of money and couldn’t even get the one stain out that I had. I trusted my realtor who said to use you. I should have shopped around.
A+, except I forgot to mention THE TICKET radio guy who said to mention his name and get 4 free Ranger tickets! My bad! Never even consider any carpet cleaning unless done by Zerorez.
The techs I had for the job were awesome!!! They explained everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel like it was an imposition. The house smells awesome. I had floors cleaned to remove pet odors since I’m selling my house and realtor said it made a world of difference in the house. Thank you techs and Zerorez!!!!

I am very happy with the result of the carpet cleaning. It looks great and dried quickly. The technicians took great care of our furniture and did not hurry through the job. I was nervous about having this done but there was visible proof that the carpet was dirty even though it did not look dirty. I will call Zerorez again.

I've had good luck with Zerorez. Last few times the technician left some work to be followed-up on but he came back yesterday, happy to help and all is good. Regarding staircases, make sure your 100% happy because I've had not so good luck with stairs (more than a couple times), but when they did the last treatment earlier this year, a second gentleman came out and it was MILLION times better. The previous tech just did not get them clean so ask for a follow-up if you're not happy.
End of the day, you won't want to use those shampoo rug and carpet cleaners any more, they end up really dirty within weeks after cleaning. I used them for years and was about to re carpet and decided to try Zerorez. I've still got the same carpets 7 years later using Zerorez (and yes I need new carpeting but it's saved me a lot of money putting that off with Zerorez). It's a good value too. If you're a regular, they tend to offer extra value. Our goal is 2x per year. This year will be 3x and we really should do it quarterly. Enjoy your renovated carpets!
P.S We don't and never have had pets and we vacuum regularly. Our carpet was very good quality (20 years old now) but we don't remove our shoes which I know helps a lot. FYI.

I have always used Zerorez because they do not use harsh chemicals and because I have small pets. They have always done an excellent job on my carpet but their upholstery cleaning is terrific as my sofa looks almost new and it is close to 25 years old.
I had several spots in my master bedroom and after the cleaning they are back. Not sure if he used any pretreatment. I know you can send someone else back out but it is my time and waiting AGAIN for it to dry. Yuck yuck
Chemicals are not used, and the service was more than expected. Have used you before and are more than pleased.

I was quoted a price of $255 for 4 rooms which included enzyme pet cleaner. Two of the 4 rooms are very small and very little cleaning area. The technician quoted $600 but came down to $400. I asked that I be sent an itemized invoice of what was done, but did not receive one. The carpets look good except for a couple spots in the family room that I did not notice till evening when the lights were turned on. $400 is quiet a bit more than 3 room for $99 as advertised. We have always been pleased with Zero Rez, but we have never had to pay more than $99 + tax.
