I needed pet stain removal and paid the additional $60 per room for the technician recommended treatment. All stains are still visible. This was for an apartment move out. I paid $312 for carpet cleaning with tech assurance that it would remove the pet stains. I apparently received a basic carpet cleaning which appears it had nothing used to actually treat the pet stains. I am demanding a tech come out ASAP on Tuesday to treat this again for free or you provide a full refund. I used your service based on a personal referral from another pet owner. The tech did not use a black light and was done in under 45 minutes. If this is your advanced pet stain treatment then it is a joke. I have to turn in the keys by 5pm Tuesday. Please follow up Tuesday morning. Phone number removed.

I hear almost daily how good you make carpets look. I really was surprised when I saw little to no difference. Then you had to come back due to a brown out area. Caused by to much water applied. Then at my other house we did wood floor treatment but this also was somewhat of a disappointment. This technician did a great job and did not short cut his steps. Just Didn't do what I was thinking.

First of all, I really appreciated the technician explaining to us the chemical being used. My husband and I liked that there would be no soap being used: as I understood already (from your radio commercials!)) that leftover soap residue attracts dirt quicker. The technician was thorough in explaining any questions we had as he cleaned the carpets.
We would highly recommend your company to friends and family and anyone asking us for a company that was "EXCELLENT" to get carpets cleaned.

Carpets still stink. Took a while to actually get a hold of Zerorez to make an appointment. The $99 special is just a “sales” tactic to get in the door. The tech was very nice and professional.

I scheduled an air duct cleaning with a possibility of a coil cleaning. We received friendly and prompt customer service from booking to our appointment. The customer service rep answered my questions, then we were sent a follow up email. On our appointment day, we were sent a text to let us know they were coming. Great communication and no surprises. The technician was on time, communicated with us about services we might need, and cleaned up well following the service. I would use them again.
