The guy who came out here was really great. I even talked to him about coming back for more Zerorez work I need done (stairs, hallway, 2 rooms and a closet) I don't blame him...
But, I noticed some stains that are still on the carpet and I am wondering if another carpet service could have gotten those stains out? I have never used a water-based service before and I am wondering if I needed something stronger, or maybe I should have tried pre-treating those stains prior to your service? Most of the carpet looks great with a few small stains.

Zerorez tech did an awesome job cleaning our carpet. He took his time and got out all our stains. Carpet looks like new.
Efficiency.
Left water all over the time, hit my door frame with a tool. The biggest thing is that today my neato ran and the filter was disgusting. There was white dog hair all in it and we don’t have any pets. Not what you would expect after getting your carpets cleaned. The employee was very friendly so I’ll be nice and give it a 4

Your supervisor came back and re did what the first guy messed up or didn’t want to do. He was phenomenal!!!
The pet stains were not removed and he stated that he treated for it and he didn't.
