The tile looks great, and the carpet seemed fine at first, but none of the stains are gone and it smells. I’m trying Capture on the carpet. Maybe the stains are permanent and we’ll just have to get new carpet.

The representative was very nice. We would have like to know beforehand that you don’t do base boards or the carpet near the base boards before the rep came out. Then we could have made sure to clean those first beforehand.
Torrance did a fantastic job. My wife, whom rarely praises anyone perform work on the house had nothing but great things to say about Torrance. Carpet is on its last leg and he gave it a nice cleaning.

Have technician ask before they begin if there are any items you need help with moving before and during the cleaning to get all areas possible cleaned.
Explain the upholstery protection" that is used and make sure customer is present when it is applied since it is an extra charge and I did not see it applied.
Not have the need to show areas of upholstery that were not thoroughly cleaned.
Use of cell phone by technician only when job is complete.
Option to pay by check for service rendered.
