The technician was good

Well the process was fabulous and Cesar who cleaned are carpets was fantastic. I have two problems. First, Cesar said the carpets would dry within about 4-5 hours. That was not true. It took close to 8 hours for my carpets to dry enough for me to bring furniture back in. And one room especially took about a day. Secondly, the vacuum was so powerful it caused my carpet to bubble up. I guess my carpet was installed loosely or not stretched. It now I have these huge bubbles in my dining room. From the cleaning perspective the carpets look great. Very thorough cleaning.

The technician who arrived at my house was very customer friendly, and did a very good job of cleaning my carpets. Love the process!

Zerorez is the best! Of Course my buddy RJ Choppy high recomends obly the best people & we at 1053 the Fan agree. No one cleans carpets better. We have wonderful pets. The carpets need to
get deep cleaned. Nick came over discussed all that needed to be done & recommended some
options and like clockwork. Deep cleaned carpets that were not only fresher but brighter. the
carpet popped! I tell all my friends & family for fast friendly & professioinal service, no one

I was mislead on what the spot service did. When the tech was telling me what the $75 service did was led to believe it would get the stain totally out and not just clean. It was only after the treatment was done did he tell me it would not completely remove the stain

Couldn’t clean my ducts due to furnace layout, but still charged 109 for visit. I Totally understand the charge, but not something I’d recommend anyone else do.

I paid extra for bet treatment and the room reeks of urine and we’re still stains left in the carpet after the service was complete. I cleaned them with my own machine which makes me feel like maybe it wasn’t cleaned at all. I was working from home in a class and couldn’t monitor the work that was being done. I take ownership on that end for not checking before the technician left my home.

Torrance was wonderful. He is a hard worker who loves people and his job! How refreshing it is to hear someone say they love their work. I was impressed with his work ethic and my clean carpets. Thank you.
