My technician was wonderful. He was efficient, explained everything he was going to do and how zerorez worked, and he did a fantastic job cleaning.
This was a new home so I wanted the previous residents grime gone. Thank you for your hard work late in the evening!
Zerorez needs a better scheduling process. It was by far the most frustrating cleaning I’ve ever scheduled and the fact that I have three different people communicating with me from different parts of the city or country or where they are all from is beyond ridiculous. Y’all got to do better and the technician needs to know what the job is before they show up. This was also so frustrating

Quality of work was good. My tech was professional, courteous and thorough, but he did miss one spot and the cost of the work was, in my view, outrageous. Paid $440+ to clean an old sectional with one small area of urine treatment and master bedroom (maybe 10x 15 area, if that), with some stain treatment in a couple of small areas. I shudder to think what it would cost for a whole house.
We have been using Zerorez for years. We are about to sell our 15 year old home. We were sure the realtor would tell us we had to replace the carpet prior to listing. He said it looked great and replacing it was not necessary because it looked new. We are so happy we used Zerorez!

An overall great job! My husband & I prefer the soapless cleaning (steam) & I have to say after the recommended 5 hrs. to dry before walking on carpet, the carpet was very dry. Zerorez did a great job. Impressed! The young men (2) were informative w/the process & nice to converse with.

My carpet is clean and looks great, and your technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
Carpet was left with stripes on it. I did call and make a comment and ask for advice from a representative. It’s an older carpet and we weren’t expecting nag miracles, but this is the third time there have been dirty water stripes. We are working from home and don’t have time for someone to come back. The technician was very nice, so I don’t wish to get him in any trouble. When this happened before, a manager came and used a carpet rake or some thing and it seemed to get rid of the stripes. He said every technician is supposed to do this. I had to leave the house, so my husband didn’t ask the tech to use the rake.
Do good job
The service was great and the technicians have always done an excellent job. The end result matches what they advertise. I've quit using other carpet cleaning companies since I started using them.

Polite, competent technician. Clean, chemical free products. Kitchen tile/grout - look like new. 16 year old carpet is clean. Worn but clean. Sofa looks shade lighter - also like new. Very pleased!
You did not remove the stains that I paid you to remove. I would like at least a partial refund
