You didnt move a single chair or other lightweight furniture until I complained...just cleaned around every leg. If I had been told I was supposed to follow tech around and move things as he went, I would have done it. I thought he would only not move heavy, large or fragile things. He was very nice and careful and what he did was fine. But overall did not meet my expectations of a professional caroet cleaning job.

I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning. As a realtor, I not only use them for my personal home but recommend them to clients. We recently had an issue where a room was accidentally missed and they quickly made it right. I was called by the customer service manager and they sent someone out the next day. Efficient service. Easy to schedule. No harsh detergents

First let me say that the clearing was good. However if large rugs are being cleaned along with carpet and tile floors, better assess where they could be cleaned too avoid walking over cleaned and undried tile floors.

Also assess hardwood flooring. Some of the wax was removed from our hardwood flooring because of the solution to clean the tiles and carpet.

I've had zeroRez clean my carpets many times over the years. I find it to be the best carpet cleaning I've ever used, thorough and have always done a great job. The individuals that have come out to clean the carpets have all been professional, respectful and polite. They all seem to be trained well and all have great attitudes and want to do a good job, never seem rushed.

I had Zerorez out to clean a pet stain. They did not get it out of the carpet. I had them out a second time to try to get the stain out. They got it out but it cost me over $200.

When the technician arrived his very first question was - “what have you tried before?” He the proceeded to ask to see the bottles and read the ingredients to see what the results would be with what he was planning to use to eliminate the odor. As my cat is a rude and selfish furry baby - he will continue spray in the room, but the technician recommended we call him before it gets to the point it was at - so obviously we will be using Zerorez again
