The carpets were cleaned but we are not happy with the rug cleaning.
We were expecting the rug to be much more cleaner than it came out. We paid $400 for rug cleaning and may be expected a little bit more, I am not sure.
But overall it was a good experience and special mention about Mr. Darwin. He is a very good person, knowledgeable and did a good job cleaning the carpets, tiles etc.

I had the wrong date on my calendar for my service. I had moved my furniture and was waiting for the technician to show. When I followed up on the tech, I was informed of my mistake but the service person was excellent and sent a technician within 2 hours on the day I thought it should have been.
The technician was awesome and the carpet looks new again.
The young man who serviced our home was very polite and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and what results I could expect. I truly appreciated his attitude.
I like the chemical free cleaning that is done and carpet is left feeling soft.

The air purifier works well, much better than the other 2 types of air purifiers that I have been using. This is life changing as I have been working a lot at home lately.
The service provided was outstanding! Mario and Carmen were very professional and exceptionally thorough. We had our carpets, hardwood and ceramic tile floors cleaned. Mario explained the process for each floor in detail so we knew what to expect and the cost. We were unsure if we wanted our ceramic tile cleaned. Mario cleaned a small area to show us what it would look like. He made the tile and grout look brand new! All of our floors look fantastic! I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

I have hardwood floors that the technician had to drag his hoses across to reach the carpeted areas. They were wet and left my floors streaked with water and his wet shoes left shoe prints all over the hardwood floors. There’s got to be a way to dry off the hoses before taking them into a home and the technician should be wearing the blue shoe covers to prevent getting the floors dirty!!
The carpet cleaning was fair but there were some spots that are now reappearing. Not happy about that!!
I love the customer service from my tech. They were good with communicating, arrived on time, and gave me realistic expectations of what they could do. This company exceeded my expectations and my carpets looked good again. We even talked about air duct cleaning which was a contributing factor as to why my upstairs carpets got so dirty.
I would love for them to come back and do my air ducts but at the time the price was a bit too high, but nevertheless, I would definitely call them again!

let people know ahead of time that the pet treatment is required and $60 a room due to the system yall use to clean the carpets.
My air conditioner doesn’t work after the vents were cleaned and I’m having to wait two days for them to come out and take a look at it
