Prompt and efficient
I would NEVER recommend using this company. All was fine until the tech used a batch of bad chemicals on a stubborn spot in our play room. The tech was unaware of this issue so I do not hold him accountable. But his manager DID know of this and did not tell/warn his tech before hand. To add to the problem my playroom now smells of wet carpet. We put three large box fans in the room as directed for two days to help dry the carpet & we still have an odor. I have called. I have emailed. And CS has supposedly sent this up the chain. It has been over a week and I am now very MAD. I demand a refund since I am having to rev lean my carpets myself. I plan to fight the charge with my bank.
Nick from Zerorez showed up in time, was very professional and efficient. The carpets look great. I’m very pleased with Zerorez and will be using them again as needed.

Our tile had a residue on it after you cleaned it. We had to clean it again ourselves and the water from our floor steamer was filthy! In addition, our grout was still filthy!

Texas, our technician arrived at the promised time. Was courteous and polite. He walked through the areas to be cleaned, asked about any specific areas we had concerns about and then reviewed our costs. He did a wonderful job. Our carpets look a shade lighter.

The service was excellent. Javier was prompt, explained what he would do to get the stains out of the carpet. Completed the work timely and was very professional. I would recommend the services based upon his customer service skills and the quality of the cleaning.
Mario was amazing.
Clayton did a great job. The bedrooms came out looking great. My hallway carpet had worn, dirt tracks from one end to the other. He gave it extra attention and did the best he could to help it look the best for selling to house. I was not local to the house, but he kept me informed and sent pictures via text. Great Experience.
They use no chemicals, all natural. Also your carpets are dry in a few hours. They arrive on time with a text informing you that they are on the way. Walker was the employee who did a super job, was polite, knowledgeable, and helped me move a few items. We called them because they have been here before, and we were pleased with the results. I’ve also read other positive posts

Technician was on time and went right to work. He explained everything to us that he was going to do and how to continue the process of drying afterwards.

This is a total scam. I made appointment on line and original quote was about $150 for 4 rooms. I had pet stains and knew when technician arrived it would be higher after I told him about pet stains. He immediately talked about an odor which was stupid because I couldn’t smell anything and he had a mask on (so how could he smell anything). I pointed out different stained areas, one very large in a bedroom. He gave me three quotes for good, better, best . The quotes were around $350, $650 and $950. We agreed on middle treatment for $600. After he left I saw that large brown stain was still there. I called Zerorez and lady told me since I didn’t agree to best treatment they couldn’t get stain out. I told her I could buy new carpet for $950. The technician was nice but Zerorez is horrible. I bought club soda for 79 cents and was able to remove a lot of stain. I will never use Zerorez and will be sure to warn all my friends not to. Disappointed hardly describes my feelings. And at the end they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Can’t believe this!
