Friendly guy who was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned the carpet in a timely manner.
Carpets were extremely dirty from previous home owner & they made the carpets look phenomenal. We have used them before & will use them again

The work was very good. The results good also, but I was blindsided by your invoice with a suggestion for a tip.This was a total surprise. Other services do not ask for a tip. It put me in a position that if I did not give a tip(which I did) I would be unkind to the technician. Therefore
next time I have a service call from you I will ask that you cross off the tip suggestion from the invoice and will inform the technician as he arrives that I do not intend to pay for a tip.
I suggest that you pay your employees good wages so you do not have to ask for help from the customer.
We really enjoyed the technician. He was very helpful and glad that we got the pet sanitation. Our carpets look like new and they are at least 15 years old! We do vacuum often though because we have a chocolate lab and they shed. At least every other day! The dark areas around the edges of the rooms actually came up also! So that was a real blessing! Thank you Zerorez!

The guy who cleaned my carpet did an awesome job. He completely got out all of the pet issues that were in the carpet making it look like new. He fully explained the process and made sure his work met our expectations. This was an awesome experience.
Did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet.
Technician was very professional. He informed me of what I needed for my carpet. The carpets looked amazing afterwards.
The technician was on time, went promptly to work, all the time being friendly and helpful. Carpets are very nice and clean. It did take a little longer to be completely dry (24 hrs) but now all is good.

Your service man was on time and very good. I have used Zerorez at a private preschool we owned several years back. Not having harmful chemicals was very important to me.

The techs Jacob and Nathaniel were exceptional. They cared about getting the stains out of my carpet as best they could.

I felt like the extra charge for bacterial treatment was just a way to upcharge the customer from the standard rate.

Great cleaning and the technician did a great job.
Technician was very polite, punctual, quick, and did a great job. The carpet needed replaced years before I moved in 6 years ago, and I had no hope of ot looking good, but he made it look amazing. Honestly I made the appointment with thoughts that it was just a waist of money, but an invoice is what the landlord wanted so he was going to get one. Now I wish I would have called them when I moved in.

Now days it is hard to find good workers and he is one of the few.

Employee did;
1. Not bring grout sealer and it required a second visit.
2. Not protect our carpet vs wet shoes or dirty hoses.
3. Not not bring a good working machine as it sprayed out the sides 3-4’ onto our cabinets and into our living room.
4. Went up on slightly $$$ on a quote that was only days old.
5. Did not have an understanding of grout sealer warnings and dangers as he did not advise us to raise our windows for fresh air and did not use PPE as advised on the product can. Additionally there are better application methods (same product) that don’t require leaving the house open to air out and re-cool your home hours later.
6. Left our floors wet and after they dried left a white residue by the baseboards which required us to clean.
Train your people better and offer some type of compensation when things go south.
