Todd was very nice and very professional, but after the cleaning my carpet is all uneven. There are bumps and ridges looking like speed bumps across the room. I am trying to sell the house, the rooms are empty, so it is very apparent. I had to postpone the photos of the house and postpone the listing date to have someone come in and smooth out the carpet. Todd told me that I would have to get the carpet stretched and your company did not specialize in that. I have used many different carpet cleaning companies and I have never had anything like this happen before. The carpet was perfectly flat before the cleaning.

Prompt professional and great job

Had a love seat cleaned your tech put a hole in it and left the carpet in front of it sopping wet. Took 4 big towels to sop up the water and a fan for 24 hr. Tech played with his phone until i moved into the room he was working in then he went back to work. There was no need for my brand new carped to have been wet. I have only lived in this house 2 months. Such a bad experience

Fast professional amazing work on my carpets

Always very thorough cleaning, and products do not make me itch...or burn my feet and legs like some other carpet cleaning companies products have done in the past. Technicians are very friendly, yet very professional. They always explain what they are going to do as well.

Outcome was just average clean and can be done via carpet cleaners from.walmart and target etc.
Got extra charged for something which I am.pretty sure was not needed. Will go back to Stanley steamer.

I had a carpet cleaning scheduled on Friday, June 11. I had my shoulder replaced a week ago and was glad to get this done. I expected it to take about an hour. The carpet cleaner arrived early. He was a pleasant and polite young man. He started with spraying a solution on the carpet. Then he began to clean the carpet. He stopped suddenly and went out to turn off the machine. He came in and told me one of the parts broke but they were sending a new one. About 30 minutes later the person shows up with the part. The cleaner started working again and I heard him yelp and run outside to turn off the equipment. He said the hose had started spraying water everywhere. There was water all over my hall (which he cleaned up later). He had to call and tell the office. They told him someone would bring him another part. It arrived about 20 minutes later. He finished cleaning but he was also supposed to do my couch. He was unable to do it because due to the problem with the equipment, he could no longer switch to the tool needed. He left after 3 hours but now I have to have someone come back to clean the couch. I was exhausted and my shoulder was throbbing. I was so frustrated.
This company does not provide proper equipment to their employees to complete jobs. The equipment provided is faulty and shoddy. I am going to complain longer and louder if it takes more than 20 minutes to clean my couch due to inferior equipment that you provide. This company shows that it really doesn't care about its customers because they expect their employees to work with poor equipment that may or may not work. I had already paid for the cleaning of the couch or you wouldn't be doing that. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I need my tile cleaned but I will find another company.

Was unclear on price .I couldn't move things out of one room you still charged me same price very upsetting will never recommend your company.

I believe the products used are some of the best in the carpet cleaning business. The cleanning process is thorough and the personnel are very professional.

Service was excellent. Technician was friendly, communicated clearly his observations about problem areas, and was careful to clean wood floor entrance before he left. Two improvements you can make. (1) Who was he? You didn't give me his name, nor did he. Please understand I am very pleased with his service. I'd ask for him in the future if I knew who he is. (2) Your first survey requested a post to Facebook. I'm not on FB. I'm not on any social media except email & Nextdoor.

Richards G. was excellent!!!! My Dad’s house had basically 57 years of dust built up. Although Blackman Mooring Steamatic came twice in 2015, we still had brown dust pouring out through the vents onto the furniture and carpet. Changing filters every month and Dusting every week was not touching the dust issue!!!!

We decided to do Zerorez this time because you not only cleaned the vents but also the blower motor, evaporator coils and trunk lines but also put on the anti-microbial spray that would last 2 to 3 years.

Unfortunately, where our evaporator coils are located had a drain pipe soldered onto it so Ricardo was not able to clean that. We do have our AC guy coming out to change the filter in there. So Ricardo called the office, they exchanged the evaporator coil cleaning for a dryer vent clean out.

Now 36 hours later, the house is extremely cooler. We can set the temp at 80 degrees and it feels like 76 degrees. No more dog hair and dust flying around the floor or out of the air vents! Obviously, we hope to see a huge decrease in dust!!!!!

With our last bad experience with Blackmon Mooring we want to wait at least a month before recommending Zerorez to others.
