The whole process was smooth and easy! From booking an appointment that worked for my schedule, to getting confirmation and pending arrival texts, and a thorough carpet cleaning, I was pleased by the attention to detail from Zerorez every step of the way. I had damage done to my house and I reached out immediately to Zerorez. Nothing was done. The tech was cranky and unkind. I did not enjoy having him in my house and I was not happy when he damage my baseboards and stair rails. I have always loved Zerorez. I have been using them for 10 years, but after this I may look somewhere else.

Jeremy did a superb job in cleaning the air ducts in our home. Very competent, very friendly, very fun to work with. I recommend him and the service he provides to everyone whose home has air ducts that can become allergen-producing 'factories' in one's own home.!
