27 emails and texts reminding me of my Monday appointment 8-10 am. 9 am I call and was to
D m6 guy was running late. Arrived at 9:55 and was told that dispatch had double booked him for that time slot. George was polite, honest and showed me where dogs had piddled on the carpet and if he cleaned, the urine smell would be strong because they use 200 degree water. And if I refused the extra $130 (2 rooms @ $65] that I would forfeit my not satisfied option and have them come out and redo. George was tremendous. Upsell policy and being double booked made me not a happy camper. Also $25 service fee. What was that for. Disposal of water…. Cost of doing business and more profit for zero res.
I think the cost was very expensive for 2 hours of work. The service rep was very nice and informative; however, I do not think it is appropriate to continually talk about God in casual conversations. You never know your audience, especially when you are in someone else's home, especially when you are there as a contractor.
The guys were great and I really appreciate them and they did a fantastic job and two of my bedrooms that had the worst stains. And they also did a great job with the tile floor in my kitchen and bathroom. However the master bedroom did not have any spots and it now has spots or not even spots you can see where the machine was dragged in and ran through on the carpet so that is not pretty. Yeah so even though the carpet is 20 years old it was the only room that didn't have any stains and that was in pretty decent shape to the point that I didn't even have them to put the preconditioner on it because they didn't have to remove any stains. But after they left there are now black marks on the floor where the machine came in. I don't want them coming back out to try to clean it I just wanted to mention it in the survey and not over Google

Asked for Alberto G again and glad he was available. Do not have to ask him to go over any areas again as he is conscientious and thorough in his job. He wastes no time, is pleasant and trustworthy. And, yes, we will ask for him again.

The cost to clean upholstery $27/Lf is not commensurate with the work being done. 3 rooms for $109 but to add my avg size sectional couch was an additional $437!! Same process. Same products. Same equipment. Ridiculous. Won’t use you guys again.

ALBERTO was great. I didn't think my carpet could look so good. He is a miracle worker. Very nice and polite. He took the time to make sure he gave 100% to the job. I hope all of your staff has his work ethic. I will be a customer for life as long as I can request ALBERTO.
It was easy to schedule. They called ahead and did a great job cleaning the carpets. Even though they were behind, they did a great job.

The cost was not apparent from online quote to actual for services requested.
Techs need to wear covers on shoes when carpet cleaning. Cleaning rooms but wearing street shoes and walking on carpet not being cleaned. Timing of arrival window needs improving. Both times outside of window. More respectful of property and belongings in house when cleaning not just throwing equipment down marking up walls and other belongings that were unable to be moved. Also, doing the job right the first time to eliminate a return cleaning.

Scheduler didn’t tell me over the phone I had to pay in advance due to it being a vacant home. Kept requesting the link to make payment and eventually had to call and do it over the phone. Tech turn the AC FROM 78 down to 72 and never changed it back running up the electric bill. Didn’t get stains out of living room or bedroom on front corner of house. It smells clean it just looks bad in those two rooms. The tech was very polite so I was very appreciative of that.
Pricing for service charges and other charges, not for actual cleaning, took my bill from $109 to over $200. That’s ridiculous.
