When Edwin came to service my home, he explained everything in a way that I could understand since I am not familiar with HVAC terms and services. He took videos and photographs of everything he did so I could see the before and after of what happened. He was very professional and courteous. He is a model employee for your company.

I’m extremely disappointed! I scheduled a visit to have 4 dining chairs cleaned. I’ve used them before on my carport and rug. So of course I would use them again. The technician was nice and professional but did not handle my chairs with care. While cleaning, he ripped the chairs fabric. I’ve called and sent several emails only to be told that it’s being looked into and someone will call me back. No one has returned my calls or at least gave a refund. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration. I will have to get my chairs repaired.

The cleaning and maintenance

Safe and pet friendly. Dries quickly. Techs are knowledgeable and and friendly.

My carpet and floors were not cleaner after using you all. I wasted my money.

Price increased quite substantially from original quote. Understand pet treatment needed to be done, but going from about $300 to over $900 is a steep hike.
In addition, he pulled his hose around the corners, causing damage to the wood stair rails.
I wouldn't have them back again.

Take a little longer to clean. Only here 30 minutes.

I had an awesome experience with Alex who was my tech for the day and cleaning my carpets. He was very knowledgeable knew what needed to be done. Did a thorough inspection before the service was rendered and gave me the options to consider.

The entire experience was wonderful and yes, I would recommend ZeroRez especially Alex to my neighbors; which are in my current location in De Soto
