The carpet was really wet after it was cleaned. We had to run fans from m the time cleaning was finished to all night into the next morning to get it to dry. I have never experienced this with other cleanings Zerorez has done for us. We can usually start putting furniture back after 6-7 hours.
The carpet looks clean and the tech was professional but maybe rushed abit not making sure carpet was not soaked.

It refreshes my rug and furniture to almost new, and the work I had y'all do for my mom on her carpets thrilled her. I have 3 cats and when Zerorez cleans my carpets my house doesn't smell like cat urine like it did with other carpet cleaners. My carpet is 30 years old but it's in pretty good shape. The carpet looks so much better after you clean my house. The technicians do a really good job and the carpet dry in 24 hours usually. It feels good on my feet too. Charles came to clean this time and he did a very good job. I appreciate his work ethic. He took his time and did a great job.
