Great customer service and the technician was very helpful!
It was easy to set up my appt. I appreciated the call to say my technician was on the way (actually he was early and they asked if that worked for me.) My technician was polite and very focused on his work. Did a good job.
I liked my previous technician much better.
I was told by tech that no chemicals are used in cleaning solutions and only hot water pressured water and a degreaser obtained from orange peel

We had to wait 2 additional days before service and we suspected that day was not going to happen. Zero Rez provides a service. We happen to be in the service business also and would not be in business BS ING our customers. No Thank you we will go somewhere else the next time we need fo have 5 rooms of carpet cleaned.

The young man that did my service was outstanding. He was on time, explained what he would do and did extra for my carpet. I could not have asked for better preparation from your company than him. I told him I was sorry I had no cash and that your billing system doesn't provide a option to tip. Please let him know how much i appreciate the service he provided.
