Friendly, afforadable, quick yet thorough, timely.

There was a spot left on a white area rug, that I don't know how I missed when giving a look over. It was a longer pile like a shag, but a friz shag - different fiber types all white.

Looked like a piece of bark mulch got pulverized & I had to pick out the pieces with tweezers & trim some of the "hair" on it.

The only thing I can figure is that my operator made an impulsive incorrect decision to comb over the pile so I wouldn't see it? I hate to suspect that - but I don't know what other conclusion to be left with.

Everything else was way above average - especially the sectional cleaning - another white piece of furniture. It came out spotless and beyond expectations.

If he'd mentioned the spot on the white carpet, he might have been put behind schedule some - but it would have been a simpler remedy if I'd seen it before he left and had a bit more help fixing it.

The customer service is excellent. However, the method of cleaning the carpet would be excellent if carpet could be cleaned within the home and technician does not have to go outdoors to connect the machine.

Overall I was happy with service and the tech. Tech was super helpful. I just had one room that after drying, just doesn’t look clean at all. Not sure what happened.

Cleaning up after you are done with your work. Your guys left the white marks of water solution on the wooden floor and we end up in cleaning.

I’ve heard the ads on the 105.3 The Fan for a while. I decided to give them a try. The guy who came out did an outstanding job on my carpet and tile. He was not rushed and was very careful around the furniture. They are the only company I will use going forward.

We have used Zeroez in the past and always appreciate the quality of work. The person who answers the phone is as pleasant and efficient as one can possibly imagine!

This was such a good experience. The technician was quiet and cheerful and so conscientious. I have had 2 other cleaning services in the past, and while it made a difference, Zerorez actually got the chairs back to their original colors and feel of the fabric. This time I felt EVERYTHING got lifted out of the upholstery, and the work on the carpets was amazing. While this is the most expensive service I have ever had, it was BY FAR the most successful; I would recommend everyone save up a little and go with this company and this process. No chemicals, no perfumes, just clean--really clean.

I love that my carpets are clean! I love that there are no harsh chemicals for my grandbabies or dog. I love that the technicians are professional and clean up after themselves. They are polite. They come and get the job done and leave!

I had a temp quote on the cleaning but when the carpets were done it was much higher cost. No furniture was moved so very little of the room carpet was cleaned yet I was charged extra for a room more than 200 square feet. Plus added trip charges, etc. that are not mentioned in the sale price. Was disappointed in the charges for the amount of carpet actually cleaned in the rooms. Sigh.

Several spots were not removed. Looked ok when wet but still there after drying. Expected a carpet cleaning would do more than a wet vacuum cleaning.
