Great job, super clean and very professional.
Technician was friendly and did a great job. Services were more expensive than expected. There is still some urine smell on part of the couch, but the stains are gone.

You kept me informed about your arrival time. You were prpt. The tech was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and chair that had lots of pillows. He left the area clean and neat.

Your employee was very friendly, however, I don’t know why I get to choose a two hour window when the serviceman didn’t shop up til 3 hours past the last hour of my window. When I called I got no explanation. It makes it hard to suggest your company to those that work during the day.

Didn't show up on time, didn't call or text, when I called to check was on hold more than 10 minutes. Cleaner left product in house I took it out before he left. Edges of stairs weren't cleaned. I would like edges of stairs cleaned
