I like how fast and professional the tech's are, and the value of the service.
Technician was polite and professional, however I felt like he didn't spend enough time for the job. Showed up and gone in 45 minutes. Have used Zero Rez several times for the same service, and never had anyone in as big of a rush as this time. Other tech's seemed a little more focused on getting it done right, and were not rushed. Might be wrong, but it seems like it would be the same as when I vacuum. I can run my vacuum cleaner over my whole house in 15 minutes, but I seem to pick up a lot more dirt when I slow down and give the vacuum cleaner more time to do it's job.

Technician at my house was great, no complaints. However, my estimate over the phone was not completed properly. The estimate undercharged a sectional and left one sectional completely out even though we discussed at length the items I had. I ended up paying $200 more than quoted.
I have had Zerorez clean both carpets and floor tiles in the last couple of months. The carpet cleaning went well and the technician did a good job. The floor tile cleaning has not been as good an experience.
On the tile -- The tile was in very bad condition and now it looks much better. However, there were a number of spots where the work was inferior. I called and asked for the technician to return to fix the problems. He came on last Friday (5/12) and I had tagged about a dozen spots that I thought needed attention. He indicated he understood my concerns and said another coating of sealant would solve the problems. He recoated the floor and most of it looks better, but several of the items I had tagged were not fixed. For example, the recoating didn't fix the streaking in the original coat. Also, he only added another coat to a portion of the tile, so parts of it are significantly glossier than other areas.
Bottom line -- I can live with the floor the way it is. But frankly, every time I see those streaks and the uneven shine on the floor I'll remember it. I paid more than $1300 for this work and it's a bit of a disappointment. I don't care to have this service technician return again.

Efficient, friendly, and a price that anyone can afford!!!!! Also, your carpet will look brand new and smell clean and fresh!!!! I'll NEVER use another carpet service!!!

My carpet did not get very clean. The technician was very nice but I spent most of this morning scrubbing the spots he missed.

Ricardo was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He did a great job assessing the condition of the ductwork, explaining the process, and cleaning everything. He also made us aware of a fire hazard…our dryer’s vent was full of laundry lint, so had that cleaned as well. After the process was completed, the air in our home just seemed fresher! I definitely intend on investing in our family’s health by investing in this service every few years as recommended! Thank you Ricardo & Zerorez!

You can start by doing what you say you’re going to do. We paid a lot of money and our carpet smells worse than it did before you came. It’s unbearable and now it’s going to be several days before you can come out and fix it. So now I’m inconvenienced, with a terrible smell, for days after paying you over $1000 to clean my carpet. I didn’t pay that much to have it smell worse.

More deal with the price
I have always had a great experience and excellent results until this time. This visit the carpets were left so wet they were soggy. I called hours later and the same techs were sent back but when they left the carpet dried to a flaky white color completely different color in some areas. I had to go back and use my household carpet cleaner to remove soapy, white residue from the carpets. Serious issues and not “zero residue”

I'd like for service representatives to provide more information. For example the service rep didn't informed me of extra costs associated with over size rooms, fortunately the carpet cleaning people gave me this infromation before begining to calen the carpets.
On the other side of the coin the cleaning techs did an awsome job and my carpet now looks great. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, informative and oustnding professionals.
I'd like also to get the rangers game, I haven't received them yet and the game is for Monday 5/15.

Mostly your people. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and courteous. The tech who serviced my house, Tristan, was great. He helped me move furniture, answer questions and was fast and efficient.
