The tech did a good job cleaning the carpet. He arrived in the 2 hour window and was very polite.

Our service call didn't start off on the best note - service truck broke down after the technician was ready to start cleaning our carpets. It was late n the day, so they were not able to start or finish the job. This was on a Friday so we didn't receive service until Monday. When we did get the service they did an amazing job. The carpets look and smell so much better. The two technicians we dealt with over the course of the 2 encounters couldn't have been more polite and professional. We appreciate the excellent customer service provided to us.

Professional techs that do a great job. Thanks for getting another tech to us when the original tech's truck overheated. We kennel dogs in our home and Monday was the only day we weren't booked and I panicked when I was told we needed to reschedule. Fortunately, you were able to accommodate us and we appreciate it very much. We have always had excellent results with ZeroRez and are long time customers.

I had Zerorez come out to clean my carpets on Thursday June 22, 2023. I was at work and had my Father-in-law meet the Technician at the house. Once he arrived, I was informed that there would be an additional fee of $60 per room due to the presence of Pet stains in the carpet. I went ahead and paid this amount. This was under the assumption that the even if the stains were not gone completely. The odor from the pet stains would be taken care of by the treatment. This was certainly not the case. I arrived home in the evening and very quickly determined that now, not only did the stained areas stink, but the entire carpet now stinks. I firmly believe that the treatment used on the carpet diluted the urine in the carpet pad and spread it through the carpet.
I reached out to Zerorez that night via the website. I did not hear back from them until Saturday afternoon, June 24, 2023. They said that they would have someone come out on Monday to remedy the issue.
On Monday, my daughter was at home to meet with the technician. He gave me a call from the house and informed me that they would only complete the service if I paid another $60 to cover the cost of another pet treatment. I requested to speak with his manager. The technician told me to give hem a couple of minutes and he would call me back. He called me back, again by himself, and reiterated the request to pay an additional $60 or he would have to leave. I told him that I was not going to pay any more money, and I wanted to speak with his manager. He told me that his manager did not want to speak to me. I requested the phone number to call to reach out to his manager and he would not provide it to me.
I am beyond upset and am out over $300 for Carpet Cleaning that it seems has only made my Carpet dirtier.
In addition, Zerorez is running a special for 4 Free Texas Rangers Tickets with your carpet cleaning services and I did not receive my tickets, either.

The technician was very professional and through. He did a great job.
