I was disappointed to say the least. Our techincian Clarence went ABOVE AND BEYOND on cleaning the floors with what he was provided with. He ran out of water and hearing the corporate office tell him it would be two hours before he got someone to deliver water is unacceptable. We closed at 1 pm and I was here until 5 pm. He worked so hard for such a large office. He couldnt even finish one of the offices because the truck didn't have enough water. Their solution was for him to ask to use a water hose (assuming we have one) and connect it to our outside faucet (assuming we have one) to fill his truck. NO. First of all, we're a commercial office. These things are not accessible. Second, when I scheduled for them to come out and do an estimate again, to evaluate the floors, they declined saying "we already have an estimate so we don't have to come out." If they would have come out, they could have seen it was a two person job, not one, and also see what needed to be cleaned. Its ridiculous. The saving grace of this company is strictly their technicians who bust their butt to clean the floors.

Zerorez was extremely easy to use and so flexible. I was able to verify details and schedule online. We needed to reschedule, and it was very easy. Jesse was our tech, and his attention to detail was outstanding. We are very happy with our clean tile/grout and carpet.

The entire process was great! The representative who answered the phone and booked my appointment was so kind and accommodating. The carpet cleaner was professional and nice. He was able to remove spots in the carpet that had been there for years. Very pleased!

Evan was absolutely wonderful. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and tolerating my 2 dogs. My carpet looks brand new, it's soft and no oder whatsoever. I've already told my family and friends. I was very happy with the price as well.

The carpet was beautiful and had a wonderful fragrance when he finished cleaning and applying protection. Diamond was so personable yet professional in his approach to the job. I will ask for him each time my carpet needs cleaning. I also liked the fact that there was NO RESIDUE!
Easy to use website to determine cost and make reservation. Reminder messages for appointment before tech arrival. Tech showed up at the appointment time. Very professional, very versed in treatment techniques and use of equipment. Went around to ensure what areas we needed cleaned, moved light furniture around to do thorough carpet cleaning. We like the fact that there is zero residue in the carpet after cleaning, you just have to let it dry out before use. Overall a very professional and thorough job and a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Remove the tipping option!!
Everyone expects a tip for doing the job they are already getting paid for. (Waiters in restaurants make $2.16 per hour so that is different.)
When a company puts a tipping option in their invoice it becomes an expectation of the employee and it puts pressure on the customer to tip or they are considered cheap. And it’s a way for the company to pass the buck to get their customers to keep their employees happy. Ridiculous!
