I love the fact that the process is chemical free, I actually got down and smelled in several places, very fresh and clean smelling.

Staff is efficient and quick with close focus on protecting furniture, floors, walls, etc. We've used Zerorez several times and are always satisfied.

Philip was an excellent technician and very professional. I am very satisfied with his work. The only negative I have is the company van that he has leaked quite a bit of oil in front of my house on the street.
Once all your equipment is running (you had to cancel twice due to equipment failure) your service is quick, efficient, and you left my daughter's carpet looking great! AND the person who performed the service was great, very nice and very courteous...great personality!!
Be on time for the appointment
Service technician was timely, courteous, and professional. The treatment worked as stated. Almost one month later, the stains that were in my carpet have not reappeared...
There was A LOT of suggestive selling. I ended up spending almost $1000 for 2 chairs, loveseat, and an area rug which was taken away to be "bathed." It's hard to know if I was taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about carpet cleaning, or if I'm just a HUGE sucker. The men who came seemed to know what they were doing and they were very polite and friendly. I just would have liked a better before hand estimate. Even with what I was quoted it wasn't $1000. Lastly, I would suggest a better way to schedule appointments. When I called to make my appointment, I was put on hold several times during the course of the conversation. The receptionist consistently gave me the impression she wasn't sure what she was doing.
truthfulness to what you could really spend - spent 3 times what we thought we were - very deceiving
There was no musty smell when I came in the house and there was no humidity in the air. The carpet looked and smelled so clean and has remained that way. Your technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The radio advertising indicates a drying time of 30 minutes. It took more that 6 hours for ours to dry. The notification email makes a big deal out of having parking available that is not the driveway. The truck parked in the drive and we now have several spots. The carpet and tile appear to be clean. We'll see how it works out. Let's just say I'm not a raving fan.
