I am very pleased with the service, tech was very nice, professional. The only complaint I have is that the one room with pet oder is no better. I know this was not a guarnateed service, but I did expect better results with what I had read and had explained to me.
The tech. was very nice.
They work and leave the carpets clean without residue.
Your work ethic is excellent. The tile and carpet
My home smelled fresh and clean. The Service was AWESOME! Tony took the time to clean our carpet thoruougly and explained everthing to us along the way.
Because of him and the excellent service,I will definately recommend your company again. I am sure I will use Zerorez again for any future needs.
My carpet look brand new! Thank you very much!
My carpets look like new!
My carpet gets cleaned well.
Great job and the service person was very informative and friendly.
Joe came early because he had a cancelation. he walked around the house and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. HE worked quickly ans efficiently. Before I knew it , my carpets were very clean and no odor. he did a great job! I will definitely would refer zerorez to anybody.
I was impressed with your technician, Jay. He was informative without giving us a "sales pitch". I've already referred three people to Zerorez. We love our clean carpets! I will try your tile and grout cleaning and sealing next.
Let customers know about the hidden added costs, ie fuel charge, pretreat spot charge. $99 for three rooms should mean $99 not $99 plus extra charges.
Cleaned the vents after cleaning the carpets, so dust blew out of the vents all over the wet carpet. Some sort of shield, like maybe taping a plastic bag over the vents, would have been helpful. We have a very sick baby coming home from the hospital soon and now the house is dirtier than before... more work for us to prepare for him coming home. Not happy considering we spent $700...
Set up for Redo
No residue left behind- so they say. But I did find a few places in the carpet that felt a little rough?
I had you come out for a second clean on my living room carpet due to some stains that had resurfaced after the initial clean. Those were taken care of, but there was 1 stains that that the tech pointed out to me that at first he claimed it must be a pet urine stain that can not be removed. I informed him that we just moved into the home March 1 (new build, no previous owner) and that we did not have any pets. He said, "well I'm sorry but that stain will not come out". On the return clean this past Friday a second gentleman that came got down on his hands and knees sniffed the stain, stated it didn't smell like a urine stain then proceeded to ask if anyone had spilled, juice, tea, etc. or if anyone had thrown up on the area. My response to that was "No", we don't allow drinks except water in the living area. He went over the area 3-4 times and the stain is still there. The first time, it was only 1 stain, this time he pointed out 2 more stains in close proximity to the first. Not sure what they are and can't be removed. Don't know what else you all can do, I think you did what you could.
The young man that came to do the job was very nice and worked hard getting it all done. However, I wasn't prepared about the additional fees and costs. I didn't know that the treatment would destroy the original factory condition of the carpet making it necessary to have to apply a treatment to the carpet. I thought from the radio advertisement (KLUV) that the carpet would be left in the same condition as if they just came from the facatory, but instead I had to pay extra to re-seal/restore the carpet to its factory condition. I thought that I was getting my carpets cleaned for a little over $100, but instead I ended up with $310 bill. I realize that the cat treatment was additional, but I wasn't prepare for the amount. Furthermore, I would have appreciated a price listing of all your additional services when they provided the information about the appointment. I realize that homes are different sizes, but you could even break your price listing down by ranges of room sizes for a certain price. It may have helped me to be prepared for 3 times the quoted price of "4 rooms for $99".
lack of chemicals and speed of drying process...
Very professional and thorough job! Technician prompt and very nice.
Products clean but don't have an odor. The recent technician who came to our house was absolutely the best at cleaning carpet. He took care of problem spots along with the normal dirt paths from outside. Extremely polite and wanting to please.
Everything was just great!
CREW WAS FRIENDLY & MOVED FURNITURE VERY CAREFULLY, HOWEVER THEY LEFT OUR HEAVY DINING ROOM TABLE SITTING ON A VERY WET CARPET. YOU SHOULD HAVE PROVIED THE CUPS THAT STOP THAT PROBLEM. ALSO, WE DID NOT EXPECT TO HAVE THE COUCHES TO BE SO SATURIATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE DAYS FOR THE COUCHES TO DRY OUT.
I love how clean my carpet is, and NO residue! Very professional!
I like the way you clean, the promptness of your service, and the professionalism and friendliness shown by your technician.
By the way, he left his spray bottle here; we are going to set it out by the front door so he can retrieve it this week!
Thanks, see you next time. I did recommend you to my neighbor, Mrs. Sauter; I think she is going to call you!
I paid the extra $60 for each room pet treatment and one room still looks dirty and like it has not been cleaned. I also paid $900. to get my tiles cleaned and I don't see that big of a difference plus my grout looks alot more porous than it was.
I would like the one room recleaned again to see if it will improve.
The technicians were very nice and knowledgeable however, when asked about the still dirty looking carpet was told it couldn't be cleaned any better.
I hear the advertisements and I'm not seeing the same results.
I was very upset. The technician, Casey, did a good job but after he was finished cleaning he asked if I wanted scotchguard on the carpet. I asked him how much and he responded with $25. It was not clear to me that he meant $25/per room. It was only when he gave me the final number that I realized it was $25/room. I was so mad and felt deceived. Casey did offer to reduce it to half but by that time the work was done and I had already written the check. I felt royally screwed. I will not be recommending you company to family and friends.
I got the "carpet cleaning deal" offered by KLUV for 4 rooms for $99.00. I think your "deal" is a sham.
I plan to post something on the KLUV facebook page.
Products are green based and drying time is quick. The whole operation was done quickly and there wasn't any noisy equipment brought into the house.
Your representatives show up on time; they are courteous; and, of primary importance to me, they do an excellent job. My carpets look brand new after a Zerorez cleaning.
Very efficient and the Aerorez rep was here on time.
When I pay $60 extra per room for pet stains, make sure that they come out!
The technician was great and the carpet really appeared to be clean. Zerorez was referred to us by our neighbor as she claimed you could get anything out of carpeting. Most of our carpets look great but after our living room dried, the spots that we paid extra to have treated re-appeared. I think the overall cleaning was good but am already disappointed that a few stains have shown up.

Quick and efficient.
