I do not know if the problem is my carpet or not but in areas they did not improve the look of my high traffic areas. As it took a long time to dry I had hoped those areas would have looked better in my family room.

Service is good and the result is great. Just not prepared for the cost of the other rooms beyond the "Special" 3 room deal.

What could we do to improve?

The actual carpet cleaning was great. Other issues as follows:
1. Technician did not keep time promised. I understand that was due to some scheduling issues at the office.
2. The vacuum hose had a residue on it and left black marks on the baseboards that I did not notice until after the technician left.
3. There are oil spots on my driveway where the truck leaked oil. Obviously, I had no way of knowing this until the technician had pulled away.

I have you used your services for 9 years now & will continue to use them. The people are courteous & respectful of me as well as my possions. The carpets look like new when they leave & they don't leave until I am perfectly satisfied. They even go out of their way with our dog.

What could we do to improve?

I was very pleased with the service, but I did feel like we were way overcharged for the pet cleaning. We were charged 3 fees of $60.00 each for pet cleaning. Yes, we had very minor stains in two rooms and a very large area in the dining room and I don't think the fees should have been the same for all three rooms. I would have rather the bill been $180.00 for pet stain removal than $60.00 for each room when there was no comparison to the amount of stains. That is just my opinion and I did pay what was quoted, but I feel I was overcharged. So in answer to your above question, I would like the quotes to be worded differently or the bill to be done differently.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We originally had an appointment set up for Saturday from 10-1. We got a phone call on Friday explaining that a truck was down and we would be scheduled between 1-4. Not too big of a deal, except someone called from the office at 4:30 on Saturday explaining the tech was finishing up a job and would be right over. We heard from no one else and the tech showed up at 7:30. This is unacceptable. We would have canceled and sent the tech away, but we had moved all the living room furniture and both our daughters' bedroom furniture out of their rooms. The tech did not finish until nearly 9 pm. We could not move furniture back...including our little girls' beds. Our living room was/is still wet at 9pm on Sunday. We have been inconvenienced all weekend because ofthe very late arrival of the tech. I sat around all late afternoon waiting on a tech instead of going to work. I am very disappointed in my experience with your company. The floors look great, but I'm not sure if I could recommend you to anyone because of my experience.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We had it cleaned in March with the pet treatment and most of it came back. Also it took about 24 or more hours to dry. Yesterday our appt was between 11:00 and 1:30 and at 1:35 no one had called or come. Upon calling the person I spoke with called the tech and said he was running late. I had originally asked for an early morning appt and when they confirmed my appt it was middle of the day.

The biggest problem was the push, push, push to add more services and cost. He even charged me exta because one hallway made a 90 degree turn when the entire hallway should have been included in the original price.

What do you like about our products and services?

Jay, our Zerorez service provider, provided friendly professional service and my 12 year old carpets look new! We have a small home with lots of high traffic areas and they look great!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After a couple of hours of the completion of the cleaning and the rooms were dried, I went back over the rooms. I was completely satisfied with the living area and the office area, those two rooms were fantastic. But the master bedroom had spots that looked as if they hadn't been touched at all. Two small spots and one extremely large spot that was really noticeable that I don't understand how they were missed. Understand, I am in no way complaining of the tech, he was wonderful. His knowledge and expertise was wonderful. He was respectful and friendly. I don't believe he intended to miss those three spots. The master bedroom was the last room he cleaned and I thought that maybe since it was the last room being cleaned, that the water he was using was dirty from the other rooms, especially the family room. Would like Zerorez to clean those three spots at no cost to me.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your product turned our 9 year old badly stained carpet into the carpet I remembered. The urine stains from our old dog disappeared. I was hoping that you would be able to make the stains let noticeable. The technician, Brad, was very polite and knowledgeable. The stains did not come back!!! Not only were the stains gone, but with the odor treatment the smell has vanished. My carpets look and feel great.

The 98.7 commercial says the cleaning process does not void the warranty but we were told the cleaning removed the scotch guard and they could put it back in again for another $90.00.

No detergents to make the carpet crunchy. I didn't have to worry about my pets walking on it afterwards. It dried very quickly and no smell.
The guys that came were very helpful and worked very fast.
Actually called to let me know they were on the way....excellent!

The furniture that the young man moved before cleaning, he did not put it back and it was very hard for First name removed and I to do it. I realize it may have been to the carpet being wet but I still would haved wanted to have it put back.

He absolutely would not move furniture in the den. That furniture could be pushed without any problem.
