The service was great but the carpet was very wet and stayed wet for almost 2 days after service.

I have tried other companies, but since I heard about your company on the radio, I have not used anyone else. I use your services for our home and the rent house. So far you have always been able to remove all the stains on our carpets and it dries in a shorter time then some of the other carpet cleaners I have used. All of your employees has been friendly and handle their selves in a business like manner. They get right to work and do not waste their time or yours. Thanks Zerorez for a job well done for a reasonable price.
Allow two small spaces to be counted as one "room" or tell customers in advance that a larger room but that is full of large furniture could count as one room, even if it's bigger than 200 square feet overall.
The quality of the clean, you can tell the carpets are clean.
I discolored my carpet by putting all kinds of cleaning products on it to clean my carpet and it stained my carpet.
Zeroez just used water and a strong vacume system on it and it cleaned it perfectly.
They did a great job, but they were an hour late past the window they told me they would be here. They called me before my window was up to tell me and gave me 2 choices- wait or reschedule. With 2 little kids at home i had spent the day keeping EVERYTHING off the floor so that they could get cleaned and so I opted to just wait. Once here, they were polite, answered all my questions, etc. But the whole being late thing really inconvenienced my family!
I think that the products used cleans effectively and does not leave a residue. In the past, I have always had exceptionally nice, polite service people that took exceptional care and were concerned about doing a good job.
I was pleasantly surprised regarding the outcome of my carpet cleaning. I have used another company in the past several times and when the carpet dried the spots did reappear. This time the spots appear to be gone! The fireplace soot was completely removed as well. I will not hesitate to call again for service and now I believe Jody Dean when he speaks about Zerorez.
Drying time took 4 days after we were asured it would take 3 to 4 hours. That caused us some inconvenience since we had to cross the fam. room to get to the garage, and furniture could not be moved back until the carped was completely dry.

I don't think it's your fault - I had a serious pet problem in two areas and I had it treated for the lesser expensive method because the cost was already prohibitive. The area did not improve at all and a very recent pet stain also did not come out.
So, either I spend a LOT more money or I just can't get my carpet completely clean and I don't have that much money.
Luke came about 30 minutes early and I was not at home to talk to him. He convinced my wife, Whom is handicapped, to agree to a $120.00 Guarantee in addition to the $119.00 plus the $8.00 gas fee. I did not know about the extra $120.00 until I ask the total charge. I don't think this was the right thing to do to a handicapped woman. I was told the appt was 12:30 to 2:30 and I was going to leave the office at 12:00 and be home to take care of everything. Also, The floor stayed wet even when we went to bed around 11PM. I got my own floor shampooer and tried to suck up the excess water. I turned on the ceiling fans when we left the front room. My wife, having to walk with a cane, was disturbed on how slippery it was to walk. Lukes vaccum left lines so deep I could hardly vacuum them up when I used my Hoover the next morning. I would be happy if I was reimbursed for the $120.00 guarantee because I was planning on replacing the 20 year old carpet this spring after doing some painting first. I hope this reached the proper people at ZEROREZ. I was dissapointed after hearing such a large amount of good advertizing on the radio. Yours Truley. While the carpeting is very clean, it is now "stiff" rather than soft - I walk around in my bare feet mostly in the house. Also, the edges of the carpet, and in corners of the room, appear dark now and wish these areas would have been treated to match the rest of the room.
The service technician was very polite and used booties and put up corner guards to protect the walls from the hose. This was a nice touch.
Technician was very knowledgeable and offered me several options to choose from. The carpets look great - will definitely use Zerorez again.
Once the technicians were at my home, I was explained that the basic cleaning that I had ordered would not completely clean my carpet since I had a pet. I was also told that with the basic cleaning, once the carpet dried that the house would smell like dog because the basic cleaning did not include a sanitizer for the carpet. In order for my carpet to smell clean and fresh, they would need to add a chemical to the carpet for cleaning for an additional $60.00 a room. When I made the appointment, I told the individual I had a dog and she recommended the special rate of 3 rooms for $119.00. She did not tell me about any additional charges.
Your adversting also specifies almost dry but in fact my carpet was extremely wet when they left. I will not recommend Zerorez to any of my coworkers and/or family members.
I believe in being up front and feel that the appointment was just a way to get your company in the front door and then add extra charges once they were here.
I also don't agree with you asking the representatives in having the customer make comments on a notepad while they are at the home. Totally unprofessional!
You set a price then the guy came and said to get rid of the spots you need to pay more The lady on the phone said that was the price for the rooms then the price got changed not sure that is the right way to do things!
The Zerorez Tech, took the attitude of "indifference" and "hurry Up" as he watched me move all items including, chairs,tables and a sofa.
Without lifting a finger. So I will make a different choice in the future.
I feel like your advertising is misleading. When it came to moving furniture you hear, we move furniture, when I booked my service I found out there was a weight limit. I feel like the price for spots and very small hallways are overpriced.

The hose used by the technician to clean my carpets was dripping and left about 100 white dried spots of the cleaning solution all over my staircase and entry way hardwood floors. The solution when dried does not come up with any type of cleaner and had to be scraped off the floor. It took me 2 hours to clean the mess up.. Do not think I want to go through that again. Getting carpets cleaned and then having to clean all the hardwood in my house where the technician walked or drug his hose over.
Also found a dead cricket in my closet right after he had cleaned and obviously was not thorough.
Stop trying to oversell your services
better pricing information and provide the quote in writing with the confirmation email.
The tech was persistent on up-selling. Carpet was stiff and not soft and fluffy was disappointed.

Your customer service is marginal at best. This is my fourth time to use you guys and the second time I have found your customer service to be dismal. I called your office on the morning of my appointment and got the voice mail option. I chose option #3 for customer service and left a message. Thirty minutes passed without a return call. So, I called back and chose option #2 since I already had an appointment and #1 option was to make a new appointment. Still no one called me back almost twenty five minutes later. This was almost an hour after I had left the first message. I waited another 15 minutes and called again and this time chose option #1 which was to make a new appointment. This time, someone live did answer the phone, but was not helpful, and did not care that no one had returned either of my other calls. I got the feeling she was used to this kind of complaint, and just did not care. Really...do you get this kind of call about not having calls returned promptly that they don't care anymore? When the service man did show up, he was very courteous and did a good job. But the bad feeling I had that came from the (marginal) customer service person would make me thing twice about using you guys again.

I wasn't happy with the customer service of the carpet cleaner. I was at work so he talked to me on the phone. I know he needs to encourage me to buy other cleaning packages but he really went about it wrong with offensive comments and pressure tactics. Just inform me of my options; don't try to scare me into buying something I don't need. He claimed my home "smelled like dog urine" as soon as he stepped into the house. I knew this wasn't true since I have had many people over my home and not one of them ever told me that. And I am allergic to dogs so I would have been even more sensitive to it if that was the case. Fortunately, he did do a good job cleaning the carpets but more tact is recommended for future clients. I wouldn't want him to talk that way to friends and family members.

Carpets are clean and spots don't come back.
