Your service person arrived and attempted to upsell the original offer of $89/3 rooms. If this is part of your marketing activation you should at least tell your operators to ask if pets are in the home, etc... it felt very much like a bait and switch.

I was given a price over the phone of $155 plus tax. I was not told an oversize room was extra. THe other rooms were smaller than 200 sq ft.I was charged $208 plus tax. Also, there were a few spots that I thought would have come out but did not. thanks

Everything is safe for the family, including our pets. I always get fabulous results and never use any other carpet cleaning service! I'm a customer for life.

I enjoy the friendly and informative staff.

I like the antimicrobial that kills what may be in the carpet and that you then extract it and everything else in it from some other time.
You may also use the comments I listed in the technicians book.

The actually service was fine...the scheduling was frustrating, and the pricing was way too expensive.

The way it pulls out stains and the condition the carpet is after the process.

I had pet odor and it still remains..actually a little worse after the treatment.

Service Tech Brad McKee used too much water which penetrated the stairs side woodwork swelling large bubbles on several steps. To repair this will be a nightmare!

I was extremely disappointed in the pricing structure for my carpets that were cleaned last week. One of the rooms that was being cleaned was considered to be '2 rooms" due to its total square footage. I can understand your policy in the event the entire room's carpet was being cleaned. However, our particular room has an oversized sectional, 2 large coffee tables a built in desk, an end table and a pedestal chest table with chairs. (And sight unseen, you may say, that must be an oversized room.) Yet in reality the amount of carpet that was being cleaned in that room was so minimal, it's unbelievable. I was shocked that someone from a reputable company would have the gumption to charge us for two rooms when clearly, the carpet surface being cleaned was very minimal. Additionally, a wand had been left by the technician at the previous customer's home so it could not be used at mine. Also, the technician team left a large orange bucket of water in our game room for us to clean and dispose of properly. Prior to this most recent visit, I had planned on using zerorez to clean event the uncarpeted floors in our home, but that is no longer the case. Unfortunately,
