What do you like about our products and services?

Zerorez provided wonderful customer services and make our carpets look as good as new. We especially liked the Zerorez spot treatment solution, as it lifted grease from the carpet with no problems.

Service provider was on time and professional. He actually got one spot out that had always been there. But there were a number of spots that I thought should be easy to remove that didn't come out. three days later it looks like I need my carpet cleaned. I also smelled a sour odor the day after. I think I will go back to Blackmon Morring next time.

I love how fast the service was completed! He was only there for an hour and he cleaned 5 rooms, a hallway and 2 bathrooms.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The pricing was not what was advertised, and my representative sold me more than what was needed to clean the carpet. Getting up wall texture over-spray only needed water, not chemicals.

"It's up to you" doesn't sit very well with me when I asked the Zerorez representative what he recommended we do. He's the professional, not me! He's suppose to know these things and be honest with me. When I was I an able get a hold of a trusted professional, he insisted that I'd did been taken advantage of - over-spray is easily removed with just the water, he said. My cost should have been closer to $150, rather than almost $600! $89 and $33/each extra room, was not what I got.

I called Zerorez to express my displeasure the same day my carpet was cleaned, and was told a manager would call me back, but to date, no one has called me back. I think for the misleading bait and switch, it would not be out of the question for Zerorez to refund my costs.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technicians were good and friendly. My problem is the pricing seemed random. Almost $300 to clean a kitchen floor. Admittingly it was dirty, but your competitors had much cheaper estimates. I have bathrooms the size of a broom closet. $75 each. The technician said it would cost an extra $100 to clean it properly. I paid $700 for a hand woven, large rug. The technician wanted over $600 to clean it. I declined. Over $700 to clean a lamanant floor. Your prices are too high.

You do not use harsh soaps or detergents. Carpet is clean and fresh and feels soft.

The techs did not get next to the walls in all 4 rooms that they did. I also feel that I was mis-informed by the techs regarding the pet stains. I paid a bunch extra to have something put down for the stains--yet it wasn't made clear that the stains would still show up under the UV light after they finished. I should have also been informed that if stains had been treated previously, your process would not get them up. Your process also did not "lift" the carpet, instead it looked matted.

What could we do to improve?

I waited a couple of weeks to see how the carpet looked not freshly cleaned and I am a little under impressed. I upgraded to a couple of additional services to ensure a higher quality experience and the living room just does not seem as clean as the other rooms.

It was not enough to voice a formal complaint, but enough to make me 2nd guess the next time I have a cleaner come out.

THEY CLEANED THE CARPET AND IT LOOKS ALMOST NEW! OTHER COMPANIES HAD LEFT IT DIRTY. THE SCOTCH GUARD TREATMENT REALLY WORKS!

The Zerorez employee talked constantly on his phone the entire time he was here which was about 2 hours. That told me that his personal business was more important than doing a good job which he did not do. If an item is moved, it needs to be replaced to the spot where it originally was. He did not do that. The dining chairs were left on top of the table so I had to situate them. Other items he moved, he did not put back. He left the entrance hallway a dirty mess which I had to mop after he left. I was not pleased with the tile cleaning as there was a residue left on the tile that I could feel on the soles of my feet. For the prices your company charge, I was expecting a much higher level of service.
