The employees were very courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpet without getting it too wet.
I just wish the red marker would have come out but that isn't the fault of the technician.
I like that the carpet does not feel stinky. Also by using hot water I feel that it is more sanitize.
I liked no harsh chemicals. The carpet and furniture are clean and the house smells fresh. I will use Zerorez for my future cleaning needs. The process removed pet odors and stains and was save for my animals.
No soapy residue which is what usually is left when I use my steamcleaner with the store cleaning solutions. I hope to see that my carpet will remain clean for several months.

I liked carpet being dryer than other companies I've used in the past
First let me say that the technician who came to do the carpet was polite, professional, & very knowledgeable. The job he was very good. However the problem I have was the price... I called in response to an add you have on KLUV radio, It states "three rooms cleaned & sanitized for $89!" The add go's on to say "gets rid of pet stains, candle wax, permanent maker, & so on". Because our living rm. was slightly over sized the Tech said it would be $50 more for that rm, even though your add stated you would do an entire extra rm for only $33. The pet treatment was $75 extra per rm,over 50% more then the cost of an extra rm. If it seems like I am splitting hairs you will have to forgive me but it just seems like your advertising is a little misleading. Ultimately I fell the Tech gave us the best deal he could but, it was just much more then we had planned on spending.. I was expecting three rooms for $89 & got three rooms for $250.. Quite a bit more wouldn't you agree?

I was told the spots would not reappear. It has only been 4 days, and I am beginning to see them reappear.
I paid extra for scotchguard and there must be a big mark up on the product, because it sure didn't take much or long to apply.

The techs showed up on time, were very nice and got right to work. I think I should have been a little bit better prepared for the price tag, however. I knew that my carpets needed some help, but wasn't anticipating paying over $1000 more than I had budgeted! After the initial walk through the tech told me it would be $1159 for EVERYTHING and it took me a second to think about that, given I had estimated around $200 or so for the job, not knowing how incredibly expensive extra stain formulas are. However, given that I myself had worked on my daughter's room before with enzyme cleaner I knew it was expensive and labor intensive, and I didn't want to do it again myself. So, when it came time to pay the bill, it was $1289--the tech had forgotten to add in my stairs and didn't mention tax. Please don't quote someone a "final price" over $1000 and then add tax on top--add tax at the beginning. I know that everything is priced "on site" but you might want to let pet owners know that certain formulas may run into the hundreds PER ROOM when they schedule the appointment.

Carpets come out clean. One thing you need to do is train your technicians to not ask to use the restroom at homes.
Your technician was discourteous and unfriendly; he clamed he is one of the manager.
I ask him to clean under the sofa; he give me a lecture first, that I have to let him know a head of time.
I did not tell him to move a plant in one of the room, (was on wills on floor) and he just worked around it.
Does a person have to be there in every room and tell them what to do?
What can one expect from the rest of your workers, when a manager is this rude?
To bad, because I liked the finished work.
But I will not put up with rudeness in my own home.
They have to learn to be more pleasant and courteous to costumers.

Carpet was clean without feeling stiff
Technician was great and the job was thorough and qick. Also arrived on time for appointment. Cant rate higher because I have not used anyone else and have nothing to compare to.

The technician was knowledgable about the products and services. I also like the fact that the service requires no harsh chemicals.
My tile cleaning did not come out very well. Grout is still dirty in places, and floor feels oily after this mornings shower.

Technician wear shoe covers throughout whole visit, not just once he starts the cleaning process. Did not like the big hose tracking dirt and leaves in the house. Also technician did not clean it up afterwards.
I like the way the carpets look and feel. The technician was great, Luke, and he did a spendid job on rust stains. This was the third or fourth time we've used Zerorez, and will probably call you again in the future!
No chemicals or funny smells left in the carpets.
I was very pleased with the cleaning of my carpet and tile in my house but I was not as impressed with the results of the carpet/upholstery cleaning of my car. Maybe they should have had my car moving out of the garage and that would have helped but over all I am very pleased. The guys were super nice and we will have zerorez return for our future house carpet and tile cleaning.
A bit disappointed this time: tech didn't get two stains out after he just finished showing us several pics of a couple of horribly dirty homes he just finished with. Our stains were tame compared with what he showed us! Then he was supposed to treat the whole family room so it's odd these two stains didn't come out. At one point! He sprayed a stain and then rubbed it in with his food - yes, his shoe was on. Wasn't impressive.
