Randy did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning our carpets. However, the invoice he gave me was someone elses. I am still waiting to receive MY invoice via email and the $100.00 gift card from the jewelry store.

What do you like about our products and services?

They worked.

The only issue we had that was no visible until the day after services were received was that where the hoses were laid across our lawn, the grass died--I guess due to the heat in the hoses.

Representative was polite but did not present a very positive impression of the company. I had several stains in one room and he said well, we will try to improve them as best we can - like I could expect stains to remain when he finished.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My last zero rez person did some surface spot cleaning with no extra charges. These guys wanted to charge me almost 400 more to do some surface spraying. I was shocked and almost just said to leave. Maybe the last guy went above and beyond but I at least had expected a few spot treatment sprays. They just wanted to quickly go over the carpet and leave. I asked them to hit a couple spots again because I could see that all the dirt had not come up.

Many spots are still there. I thought you had ways to treat common stains like coffee/tea, cat vomit. But some were still visible that day, and others reappeared within 2-3 days after the service. Some areas look great, others not so much.

You hire the very best personal, this time you sent Roy Alltop, who did an even better job than the last time. And the last young man did a fantastic job. So, at our home, your company is getter better and better. But, I don't think you can get any better than Roy.
Zerorez has been a fav for years due to allergies to chemicals that other companies use. And the last time I hired one of your competitors, they sent out someone who took our loose change, and since I didn't call police, they didn't even want to take the complaint. I have never had a complaint with Z. Whatever Roy is being paid, you need to double, triple or whatever it takes to keep him...he's a keeper! Thank you. D Brewer

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have not received my service, the technicians who were scheduled had a medical emergency and the replacement technicians had to go and pick up the equipment from the original team. The equipment that they picked up was broken, so all my services needed to be rescheduled. The technicians stated that I also needed to pay a deposit to reschedule the services, so I ended up paying 200.00 and now have to wait a week before any work is done. It's pretty disappointing.

What could we do to improve?

I had a pet stain on my bedroom carpet. It looked like the stain was gone; however, after one week, it resurfaced. I had a couple of area rugs. They are each octagonal shaped and measure about 60" vertically and 60' horizontally. I was charged $30 per carpet. I thought that was excessive since I could have had an entire room cleaned for $33.00

Courtesy of employees, examination of carpet before cleaning to see if it needs any extra treatment, method of cleaning (no chemicals), quick drying, no odor other than a clean house.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Misrepresented and failed to explain your pricing. Saw ad on TV, spoke with office rep, and when Tech arrived the prices were completely different that was was advertised and what was actually quoted over the phone. You all need to completely inform client of the possible charges...very different from what is online and/or quoted over the phone.
