I like the idea of no chemicals or detergents. I have allergies, works great for me. The tech that came out was great. He did a good job, great personality, very knowledgeable.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The Tech that came was very nice but tryrd to charge me 527.00 to do my carpet when I signed up for the 3 room Fullers Gift card (which I did not get). He told me that if he cleaned my carpet with option I had requested that my house was going to smell like urine due to the fact I have cats that had sprayed in a few places. I explained I could not afford 527.00 to have my carpet cleaned. He said that I could do the regular Pet Treatment and that would be 326.00 which was still more than I could afford but did not want my house to smell as I have Family coming in for the Holidays. This really stressed me out really bad. I agreed to the 326.00. He did a ok job and the carpet looks some better but the experience was very stressful. I would like to make sure that you know that the Tech was very nice, it was the experience that was stressful.

Keith did s great job. He was on time & very nice. He took time to find all the areas that needed special attention, thanks to my puppy. My house smells great & no chemical smell. It didn't take too long to dry. Love the chemical free aspect of Zerorez!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

On the phone we were quoted a price of about $500.00 but when the work was done we ended up paying almost $400.00 extra for things done and were not informed it would cost more at the time the appointment was made. Also our house was a mess after the work was done. It looked like construction had just been done instead. The carpets were not adequately vacuumed and there was grit,dust and ceiling popcorn all over furniture and counter tops. It would be courteous to inform the customer of this as we could have put drop cloths over our furniture and possessions. I would not recommend you to anyone for duct cleaning.

What do you like about our products and services?

Was so surprised to see what the past chemical cleaners had left behind in my carpet. Now there is not only a visble difference in the cleanliness of my carpet, but I can actually feel the difference. It feels clean. The service person helped me understand your procedure. He was very knowledgable in his field. Very proffessional. Will defintely recommend him and your company to my neighborhood. Thank You.

What could we do to improve?

Chris was very professional and polite. I vacuumed all areas and moved all the furniture, nic - nacs and lamps under 50 lbs before he arrived, so he did not have to move most of it out of the way. I was waiting for him to offer to help me put some of it back, especially when he, instead, handed me some of the little squares so I could move it all back myself. (I would have tipped him if he would have offered). So when he was collecting his hoses I called my husband and he asked me to go out and ask Chris to help me put the side tables and such back...which he did until he ran out of squares to put underneath the legs. He did get most of the spots out of the carpet and I commented to him thankfully. I feel he did a good job, but just enough to get the job done. Would have been impressed if he had offered to take the 5 or 10 minutes to help put a few things back.

What do you like about our products and services?

I had high expectations, and they were met. I KNEW there was an abundance of dirt and detergent in my carpet, and so happy there is a method of removal using very hot water to dissolve and remove it. There are some spots, which reappeared when the areas completely dried, BUT the ponderous majority were totally removed, and the carpet looks and feels very nice. Am confident those few spots, too, could have been removed as well, but budget constraint didn't allow me to OK additional work. Will definitely use Zerorez again.

There are still some stains on my carpet. Also, I paid quite a bit more to have my sofa and loveseat cleaned; however, there is still a lot of dog hair on the sofa.

You did not arrive within the window given or even call to advise me that you tech was overbooked and running late. This caused me to scramble to find a relative to come and babysit my house while the tech finished.

Once he arrived we went over all spots and what they were. We, also, discussed what furniture was too heavy to move. He never said that he would not move the lighter pieces of furniture at all. My son-in-law even discussed it with him, but he told him he was not allowed to move ANY FURNITURE. Subesequently, there are some places that did not get cleaned and I had planned to rearrange the furniture needing these spots cleaned for that purpose. The carpets stayed wetter than last time and we could not put things I had moved back in place until the next day.

I really prefer the companies that send out a two man crew that does a much better job even if they do use detergents.

Too pushy with trying to sell extras. Carpets not as clean as we hoped. Realize they are old carpets with lots of stains, I told the girl that when I made the appointment, she assured me they could treat and get them clean, didn't mention treatment cost extra.

The carpet did get clean but the technician was unprofessional. He asked my caregivers for a tip and then charged for 7 gallons of cleaner, not the 5 he initially said. I won't recommend Zerorez based on that.

What could we do to improve?

I scheduled a Friday appt, was given a 4 - 6:30pm window. The team showed up at 7pm. I would have appreciated an earlier window on a Friday and an arrival within the allotted time window.

The high traffic carpet areas didn't seem much different than before the cleaning. Still seemed to be worn down due to dirt, etc.
