Your technician was very professional and courteous, very good salesman but not pushy. He did a very good job even though we did not want any additional services other than the basic sevice. We plan on using you again, hopefully in the near future since we are planning on moving from our current residence and at that time we will use additional services. Thank you.
Timing. We asked for an early morning start time, the representative indicated that this would happen, and then when the appointment was finally made, it was for between 11-1.
The service is always great but this time the team that was sent out to my home was very helpfull and explaining the process The carpets feel wonderful!! My husband travels alot and was not here the last time I got your service he was very impressed with the way our carpets feel and look afterwards.

It didn't have a bad odor.It dried in a short time. cleaned sofa and chair and they looked brand new. I was very pleased. I will call again to do my carpets after the first of the year.

Outstanding people. EVERY TIME. in fact may be getting better. We have used you probably 4 times now and the employees and service are world class. The product is practically miraculous. I was determined to replace my carpet with wood floor next year sometime but may hold off now. I was raised with carpet and love it.

The telephone personel should ask about stairs and second / third floors. Should also ask about pets and pet odors. I was not happy with the $5.00 charge per stair step ($75) and this stupid $8.00 fuel charge - Why a fuel charge?? Fuel prices are not high (over $4) !
Overall - the carpets are clean.

I was not impress with the results. Possibly the hype made me expect much more from the cleaning process. My carpet looked the same as it did before they "cleaned" it.
