What do you like about our products and services?

The carpet was actually clean (except in one small area that must have been overlooked). I left town right after they left so I didn't notice it until I returned home. The carpet was soft after cleaning, and there was no smell. I was surprised that a few food stains also came out of the carpet.

The smell afterwards was absolutely awesome. I was very well pleased with Tony's professionalism and giving me the straight answers I needed. It was an overall great experience!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was charged for 4 rooms. The man forgot to clean one room. I called him on his cell phone within minutes after he left. He would not call me back. The next morning I called the reservation center. They said someone would be here on Nov. 19 to clean the 4th room. No one showed up or called!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My time frame was 11:00-1:30, the workers showed up after 4:00. I had an estimate from a worker the previous week, the worker who came to clean didn't want to honor it, so we had a discussion of the price. My carpets are stained and several years old, so I wanted to have them cleaned to see if they would last a little longer. After cleaning each room the worker and I went and looked to see if I saw anything more, he could go over. I got tired of pointing out all the places I saw, most of them as he went over them came up better, if not all. But apparently he wanted to hurry and leave as it was late on a Saturday. The helper he had (I think Brandon?) was very nice and pleasent and did as the other guy told him. After hearing all the commercials on the radio and see the newspaper ads, I was hoping to have a better experience. Very disappointed.

My carpets look like they've never been walked on when they leave. The servicemen are always polite and helpful, and they show up exactly when they say they will be there.

After cleaning the carpet, there was no protection put under the legs of the two chairs and couch which were the only pieces of furniture left on the carpet and since it remains extremely damp, there are now marks from the legs which I have not be able to get out. this would make me consider not using your service again even though the carpet does look very clean.

Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. The dispatcher called me to tell me the service tech would be on his way in about 15 minutes. 15 minutes later the service tech called to tell me he was on his way. I didn't feel as if I was "waiting all day".

The service tech explained the process well and gave me the option of declining the service if I wasn't satisfied with the first room he serviced. Of course, the carpet looked wonderful.

What do you like about our products and services?

This time you sent Mike to us. He was friendly and knowledgeable technician. The carpets were clean! We have used kiwi for over ten years and will not be going back. The carpet stains returned months after kiwi left. Not so with Zerorez! We are very happy!

It took almost five days for all of my carpets to dry. I also paid extra for pet cleaning and I could still small pet order while the carpet was drying. I also still have two pet stains in one room.

The technicians left strains of debris from the brush system they used on my carpets. They also scratch some woodwork on the door facing. Then had the nerve to try to upsale me to 3x the price of the special that was advertised.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the idea of green products and everything must be pet friendly. And I have recommended George and Heather Hewitt to a friend (Marie Good) first thing Sunday morning. That was less than 12 hours of finishing the job. I will definately use George and Heather again and am happy to recommend them to everyone.

What do you like about our products and services?

I wasn't really sure I was going to be happy with Zerorez. When I booked the appointment, the phone rep told me that they could not guaranty the exact date I desired (over two weeks away), but seemed to be willing to do so after I indicated that I had no options and if the date couldn't be guaranteed, then I would be hiring someone who COULD promise me a specific date. Otherwise, I liked nearly everything except sitting in an empty house waiting for 2 1/2 hours for the tech to arrive. The work was good and the tech polite and knowledgeable.

What do you like about our products and services?

I used Zerorez numerous times and each time the carpet looks like new again. Even though I have dogs and extra care is required, there are no strong odors or chemicals. The crew evaluates my needs by working through a careful explanation and patiently answering questions to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the fact they are always courteous and clean. Nothing is ignored or overlooked, ease in scheduling appointments and your 3 room deal is fantastic and a nice bonus! Love Zerorez!

My husband and I found dings in one of our kitchen walls the following day. This wall has wallpaper that can't be replaced so we are stuck with the defect for now. I was told that furniture would be moved to clean the living room carpet but it wasn't. Don't tell me that something will be done and then not do it! I called about the ding and I was told that a manager would call me. I haven't heard from anyone. I have heard all sorts of commercials on the radio about how great and wonderful you are but I am not impressed. Maybe my carpets are alittle cleaner but I don't know. All I know is that I paid too much for too little!

Don't know what product used but it did not smell and cleaned my old carpet as good as possible. Very satisfied .
