Wow..is all I can say. We had not cleaned our carpet in over 10 years but all of the high traffic areas were cleaned and our carpet looks totally new.
Joshua worked very hard while he was at our home cleaning carpet and ceramic tile. Unfortunately, a couple areas of carpet and floor tile are not completely clean. Does Zerorez' commitment to 100 percent customer satisfaction include a willingness to come back to re-do these areas?

This is the first time I have used Zerorez - I am anxious to see how long my carpet stays clean and new looking. The other carpet cleaners leave behind residue which attracts dirt much faster, so even though I paid a lot more, I hope my carpet looks clean for a LONG time. Time will see. The technician was very professional and friendly.
Your gentleman was very instructive and very thourough.
The carpet cleaning was good but the cleaning on the tile floor was not really anything better than I could do myself.
As a matter of fact, after ZeroRes left, we used common tile cleaner and for the grout cleaner than the $250 job we paid ZeroRez for.
We will never use the tile cleaning serviice again.

Your advertising implies that your "technique" will remove stains and make your carpet look like new. Clearly, you cannot remove all stains. Perhaps, you should set a more reasonable expectation with your customers up front. That said, I REALLY appreciate you sending someone out a second time to try and help with the pet stains and odor. While neither are completely gone, there is a marked improvement! Your staff and technicians are ALL very nice and respectful people - easy to work with. I am pleased with the outcome. My carpets looked and felt clean. Although my hallway was not dry as stated on the radio commercial. It took approximately 12 hours to completely dry.

Our service time was scheduled for 8:00am - 11:30. The technician that serviced my residence called me at 12:20 to tell me he was on his way. He did not show up until 1:15, so he was essentially 2 hours late. He rushed throught he house to perform the cleaning and did not move any of the furniture or objects that were less than 50lbs to clean under them as I was told would be done when I placed the service call. When he was finished he shouted down the hall to my husband YO YO YO and when my husband asked what that meant he stated that he was done and had the bill ready. When he calculated the bill, there was supposed to be a free hallway service as part of the service and he had not deducted that. Finally, the solutions used did not clean my carpets as well as I have had done by Dalworth in the past. I heard the commercials on 102.9 that your solution were child and animal friendly and that the carpets look as good as new. I had tried you instead of Dalworth as an alternative, but based on what I have seen and the unprofessionalism of the technician, I would not be inclined to use your company again or recommend you to my friends. For $232.00 I expected much more especially since your company was more expensive than companies that I have used in the past and their result was much better. If you are so inclined to send a more experienced, more professional cleaner to my house to clean again at your cost, please contact me. Thank you, First name removed L Last name removed.

Carpet started looking bad after about two days. A lot of lighter spots where something was sprayed on it, especially in traffic areas. Have another apointment later this week.
Works well
Some of the stains are still there. More importantly, as a result of the cleaning, there are new stains that weren't there before. I sent you a photogrpah and got no response from you. The carpet appears to have have been bleached with watermarks. The technician said the only solution would be to cut a patch from carpet in the closet. That's unacceptable.
The technician (Ron) has superb customer service skills. He made my mom and I feel educated and confident that he would do the best job possible which he did.
Jamal was very professional and personable and had was a pleasure to work with. The carpets were fresh and clean at the end of his visit and that was my main goal!

The cost of upholstery is very high. Zerorez did a good job, but it is cost prohibitive in my mind.

yes, I was very disappointed and will not use your service nor recommend you! My carpet looked and smelled atrocious after the initial cleaning and I paid over %500.00 which I have never done in my life. I called the next day and Joshua was sent out to fix it. I am in sales and have a very high expectation of delivery of services.
The two guys did a wonderful job and I would certainly use again. I used Zerorez in 2006 in Georgia. Love it. The two guys were in and out of my house doing a great job and they both at great personalities.
