What do you like about our products and services?

The cleaning was done quickly and well. The men were nice and answered all our questions. Best of all was that there was no harsh chemical smells on our carpets or in our home!!!

I liked it my only disappointment was I recieved no offers they announce about a fuller gift card if you mention Jody Deen I did then they offer 89.00 cleaning very upset .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My quote over the phone was three rooms for $99. My bill was for $136. The tech said my master bedroom was oversize since the bed was not there?? He said it counted as two rooms. Then he charged me $20 for my bedroom closet?? You should have charged what you quoted..

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The gentleman who came to the house was wonderful. He did a great job and was extra careful of our new paint job. The phone and office staff was another matter. We booked well in advance and requested morning, the person taking our appointment said we were the only ones on the books and morning would not be a problem. We received the confirm call and were told we would be in the late afternoon and there was no request made. We confirmed 5 times with the person taking the appointment the the request for morning was there. Terrible service except from the person who actually did the work for us. I would rather do business with a company who honors their commitments and owns up to there mistakes rather then telling the customer to bad we don't care. Until I asked for a supervisor I was told nothing could be done...but having worked in the customer service industry for nearly 30 years this is an excuse made by someone who thinks they have a little power, well sorry my money and those that I tell really have the control. Retraining would be in order!

Be more precise about drying times. Gimme a brochure as opposed to up-selling. Wear booties. Leave a mint on my pillow.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Others companies we have used in the past moved the furniture for us, moved it back, and vacuumed. I also felt the price was higher than we usually pay. I had heard your advertising on KRLD & wanted to give you a try. The technician worked hard and the rugs look good, but can't tell a huge difference to justify the additional cost and work on our end.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your commercial makes a statement that the person's carpet looked like it was brand new after treatment. That is hardly the case with mine. There are some areas that did not come clean, even with repeated attempts by the tech. I was told it was wear in that area and there was nothing further to remedy the situation. I have a berber carpet that is about 8 years old. You need to consider revising your commercials if you can't live up to what they say.

My carpet was pretty bad in the traffic area. I think my expectation was a little high. I told the service guy that I didn't think it would come all the way clean and I think he did not spend a lot of time. He was in and out in 45 minutes.

The carpets looked new when the job was finished, the employee was very thorough and helpful. I could not believe the "sudsy" residue that came out of my carpets! Would definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to all of my family and friends!!
