I was amazed there wasn't a chemical smell, but a fresh smell while cleaning. Also, Justin, the young man that came out was very professional, friendly and explained what he was doing, answered our questions, gave us some options. I will definately use Zerorez again and have already related our wonderful experience and the great job Justin did. Thank you so much.

Our technician was awesome!!! He stayed late on a Saturday night to make sure all the pet hair was out of our carpets! (And there was a lot!)

My carpet is old and worn by 2 Labradors and 3 children, but Zerorez got it much cleaner than I ever thought possible. Mike did a great job and even cleaned the grout in my bathroom and it looks like new. Thanks for a great job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had my carpet and stairs cleaned-was not happy with the stains that stayed/reappeared, including lines allegedly from the A/C. For $5 per stair, and over 30 stairs, I expect them to be clean. The spots that were cleaned the 2d time came right back.

No chemical residue. Left a nice clean smell and made the carpet look brand new. Service was great. Ron went out of his way to answer and explain all questions we had. Thoroughly explained the process used to clean our carpets. Will highly recommend Zerorez to all I know are looking for a good carpet cleaning company.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The work that was done was ok, but the price is rediculously high. You will clean a houseful of carpet for under $100, but for fewer square footage of tile, I paid $1200 for cleaning and sealing!!!! It did not appear to take any extra effort than cleaning a carpet. I understand that more products are used, but the difference in price is not justified! I know I could have turned the job down when it was quoted, but they were there and I wanted the work done, so I agreed. I will not waste my money again. You guys offer a $100 gift card to people who pay less than that for carpet cleaning, but offer nothing to the people who pay much more. I guess I just paid for 11 gift cards to be given to other customers. Something is inherently wrong with that picture!

Give a price RANGE instead of a set price for services; remind customers that only if their carpet is in perfect condition do you get the advertised price.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Cost was built-up from original quote. Did not include the pre cleaning or stain guard and had to added on to get the guarantee that was advertised with the sale. Kinda like bait and switch with is un-ethical by todays standards. Also the gift certificate from Fullers Jewelry store expired on Oct.30th,2012 and reciept was 1/21/2013.

the first appt we made had to cancel because had to have morning and they said they would but when they called to confirm they scheduled it for 5 so I waited a month and tried to schedule again explained what happened last time and then they still tried to give me an afternoon when they called to confirm. I had to ask for a manager waited on hold for 10 minutes he came back and said it would be between 8-11 which was fine as for the carpet it took over 24 hours to dry I don't know what happened but the carpet was very wet the last time ya'll did it it didn't take but 5 or 6 hours??? overall the carpet looks good but I am not as happy with you as I was before things are different.

Workers were very conscientious and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond, cleaning both bathroom tile floors in addition to the scheduled cleaning. My kitchen floor was terrible and I was considering just replacing it. Now, it looks fantastic and will stay. That just saved me a bunch of money. The house also smells nice. I'm totally pleased.
