Tim was very professional and a nice person. He did a great job on the carpet, with the
pet stains that were visibal. Nothing against his work, he worked hard and did a great
job, but there are some areas that you can still see the stain, that may be just how it
will be but I think I might like him to come back out and look now that the carpet is dry.
I am very excited and nervious to see how my oriental carpet comes back to me. Hope it
will be a success.

The technicians were very helpful and polite. They consistently showed me how clean the carpet and couch were getting. They were able to get some stubborn stains out.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I apprecite you wanting feedback... I really do.. however, there were some problems:

Failed to take out several stains. The carpet smelled fresher, though, and didn't have the crunchy feel like regular cleaning companies leave.

And, we had a problem with a transportation charge being tacked to our bill. This wasn't part of the agreement when I called, and I had to get this removed. Don't treat your customers that way.

Finally, was very disappointed to find out the Fuller's $100 gift card expired a month after we had our service!!! That really sucks. I didn't have the money right away to purchase something at the store until now. If it's a gift card, especially to a jewelry store, make it available long enough for people to use it.

I don't think your serviceman did a good job as my carpet still not clean and I think he rushed without taking the time to do it right. I am very disappointed given that I trusted your radio commercial and Mike Rogers in particular stating how effective your service is to find out the hard way that's its not!! What a waste of time and money!!

What do you like about our products and services?

Ooops! My name was spelled incorrectly on the invoice. My first name is spelled with a "C" rather than a "K."

I just had my carpets cleaned for the first time by Zerorez yesterday. I would have to call Justin King "Mr. Clean" because my back hallway which had stains from an old dog and two puppies was totally cleaned and looks brand new after Justin worked on it. Justin also cleaned an area rug for me which saved me the trouble of loading it into my car and hauling it down to the carpet cleaners where they use chemicals and take two weeks to clean a rug. That right there was a major help to me - especially since I recently got a smaller car, and I'm not even sure the rug would've fit into my car. Having him clean it here at home saved me time and money. I also like the fact that there were no chemicals used on the carpets.

I have already had friends ask me about the services, and I told them how excellent I think Zerorez is and gave out the phone number. It is the only service I will use from now on. I will also tell my neighbors on the block because many people have children and pets and need home cleaning services. Even my sister was impressed with what I said, and she may also call.

Justin had PERFECT manners and took his time. I know he is super busy this time of year, but he didn't "rush" the cleaning which I appreciated. It has been possibly YEARS since I've seen the carpet without dog hair on it!

I highly recommend Justin King and Zerorez and will be happy for you to use my name as a reference if you would like to do so. I had an excellent experience and feel that he went above and beyond to help me out.

The technician was over 30 minutes late. He also did not confirm the quote I received over the phone. I payed with a credit card without being quoted what the final amount was and I never received any type of receipt.
The actual service was excellent and the technicians were thorough and expedient. Just the service before and after were lacking.

A $250 estimate ended up costing $1000. That quite a reach. And the technician kept saying my carpets weren't nearly as bad as others he had seen. The techs were only here for an hour and a half and only one of them worked consistently. The other one kept stopping to talk and talk and talk and talk some more.
I really hope this very expensive cleaning holds up.

I requested carpet cleaning at the last minute. The scheduler worked to make sure we could find a good time. The man who came to clean my carpet called and arrived at the scheduled time. My carpets are old, but they ow look much clelaner.

The technician showed up an hour after the timeframe we had set up. I had called a couple of times to get an ETA and they said he was not answering his phone. He spent the first five minute in his truck while I waited patiently outside, and then he sauntered to the house and asked what I wanted. I pointed out the three downstairs rooms. He did not introduce himself, apologize for being late, or give a reason. And truth be told I would have had him do the other two bedrooms and the loft if he could fit it in, but we were short on time at that point and he did not seem to care. He spent 20 minute working on the carpet and then said my total was $187. I told him no. I have used Zerorez before and it was only around $107 for the same three rooms. Then I looked at the carpet and noticed it was still dirty beneath the vents and at the entrance to the bathroom door. I pointed that out and he said he could spray on a fireretardant for the inconvienience. Really?!? Late, impolite, unqualified, over charging, and now offering me a fire retardant? Hey honey the house burnt down, but look, the carpets are just fine. Really?! I called the Zerorez office to dispute the charges and they asked me to put the technician on the phone. When he answered I heard him say "this is Z". That was the first time I had any idea what his name even was. Then he took pictures of the main areas, avoiding under the vents and by the bathroom door, and he told me my total was $104. The Zerorez office called again, and I told them I was paying him and he should get out of my house and not come back. I am done with Zerorez. I had to take a day off work and my kids could have done a better job than this guy. Not to mention my oldest is only 11 and shows more reponsibily and personability than the the technician could bother to muster. I told the people at the office I would be taking a second day off and made sure they all knew why. Best of luck.
