Jose, our service rep. was very polite and knowledgeable. I liked that he determined where urine stains were first and then cleaned the carpet appropriately.

There were a couple spots completely missed, that I had to clean up after the technician left. I was told that two other spots could not be cleaned up at all. I was able to get those spots up completely afterwards. If I remember correctly the zeroez tv commercials advertise that there is virtually no dry time. It took 5 hrs for my carpets to dry. This was my first experience with zeroez and my last. I was overcharged, which is getting resolved now. I will stick with the other carpet cleaning company that I've used in the past. I'm not quiet sure what could be done to make things right.

No soap used in cleaning carpet. Good fresh smell after procedure. Techs were courteous and informative.
Would like to make a suggestion - they did put sliders under two pieces of heavy furniture, which I appreciated. Perhaps the techs could move rockers, recliners, end tables, that type of furniture and clean under those pieces of furniture. Otherwise, I am pleased with the produce and the performance of the techs.

I think your ads are deceiving. I learned from my serviceman that "pretreatment" does not mean "stain removal", so I had to pay an extra $75. to have my stains treated (which are still in the carpet after cleaning.) I'm tired of carpet cleaning companies tacking on extra fees at the time of service, after getting a quote over the phone that was less than the eventual bill.
Technician Tom Moody was A+ and went above and beyond my expectations. He was very thorough, took his time to answer all of my questions and was a true professional. My carpets look better than they have in years. A much different experience than my previous Zerorez experience where the tech rushed the job and left numerous stains that Tom amazingly got out this time. Thanks!

The guys who picked up the carpets from my house were amazing especially the guy who did the credit card transaction when he was here I forget his name. Top notch. I offered him a 20 dollar bill and refused and said just recommend us. He was a good business man. I also liked the guy who did the original quote. Both great.

I had an upholstered chair cleaned, and it was not cleaned to my satisfaction. I spoke with a manager, Brad, who refused to refund the $80 I was charged for the chair cleaning, he refused to let me speak to any other managers, he claimed to be the owner of Zerorez and was very defensive when I questioned him about that, and he was possibly one of the rudest managers I have ever spoken with. I was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution to the issue with Brad. I was disappointed not only by the lack of quality in the cleaning service, but also in the poor customer service I received afterward.
I think I like what I see, but I can't help wondering how good of a job was done. He completed 4 rooms in less than 45 minutes. He was a real courteous gentleman and on time. No complaints so far.
