I had to ask the tech to redo the tile on the shower walls because I could not see much difference on the soap scum. Also a stain surfaced on living room carpet that he could not get out. I am sure it was an old, old spill though.
Jose did a great job!!!! He explain what Zerorez use to clean carpets and how safe it is to use in the home. Thanks Jose, you did a Fantastic job.

The appointment we made was for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. When the tech came, he was unaware of the vent cleaning and was therefore unprepared. Once the vents were cleaned, he went through and cleaned the carpets... but there was still vent residue all over the house, and on the cleaned carpets. Not sure how clean the carpets actually got if there was still vent stuff all over the floor.
Tried to explain to the person booking appointment that I did not think the cleaning could be done in 2 hours. The job started late afternoon and took twice the time estimated. The carpets were still wet when the job was completed, then it rained for the next 2 days.
I had zerorez clean and seal my tile. Process broke up some of my grout and seems to have deteriorated mastic under some of the tiles. Service man told me the sealant would dry in 1 or 2 hours. It took about 24 hours. Also didn't do a very good job cleaning sealant off my adjacent wood flooring so I had to do that.
Your technician was very knowledgeable about his product and did a thorough cleaning job. I was very pleased and have already told a friend of mine to call your company.
Scheduling. There was some streaking in a couple of rooms.
Based upon a newspaper ad offering 4 rooms cleaned for only $99, I arranged for this service. The lady on the telephone said there would be an additional charge of $8 for a total of $107. She also said that certain spots might have to be treated which would be charged separately. When the technician came, I pointed out two areas that would probably need additional spot treatment. He said that pre-treatment must be applied to all the carpet in all four rooms and the total cost would be $247.06. Since I had removed the furniture in those rooms, I told him to go ahead, but I made a mental not to never use Zerorez again.
I'm just waiting to see if what the representative said will happen (spots being removed) will actually happen. It's only been a couple of days. Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied.
prompt, friendly, but where did you take the dirty gunk? I saw no evidence of water down the driveway nor curb?

The tech did an awesome job on explaining everything to me. My rug is now cleaner then what it has ever been from other services I have used in the past. However, I have a terrible pee smell coming from the carpet that we did the enzyme treatment on. I will contact the office about having that treated again.
no soap, per se. I like the machine that fluffs up the carpet ...and digs up old crud.(wow!!)

We were charged extra 4 times for stain treatment, and ALL of the stains are still very visible. Also, the obvious dirt in the high traffic areas was not removed to our satisfaction.
The stains in our carpet were completely removed and the technician who provided service was outstanding.
Don't offer a $99 4 room special and pressure to sell-up to a $700 job.
