Chris explained everything well and it looks great!
Some of the traffic areas of the carpet were cleaned but they did not stay cleaned the gray color came back up within two days of carpet being cleaned.
No Soaps and lots of steam. Cleans wonderfully and stays cleaner, longer.
Was not impressed with the initial appointment set up. When we called the customer service agent told us that there was no preference on time of day for the appointment even though we called three weeks in advance. When we got the 48 hr. appointment conformation, they wanted to send someone out at 6:30 PM the day before a holiday. This not being satisfactory, we rescheduled for the next week and the customer service representative said since we were upset they would give us a morning appointment. This is the second time we have had our carpets cleaned by Zero Rez and this time carpets seemed much wetter, we still have damp areas of carpet on Monday morning and the carpet was cleaned Saturday.

When contacting you via web, we never got a response. Called 2 weeks later and was told sorry never got it, but if you are still interested can book now. Booked and was told a specific arrival time. When called to confirm was told a 2 1\2 hour window. That was never said and when called on Sat to see if driver was on the way, rep stated all calls were recorded and he stated he would listen. Came back on the line and said he did not hear a specific time, which he was saying I was lying. I would not have been upset if I had not been told a specific time and to insult me by putting me on a 45 second hold to check a recording that was over 5 minutes long. The young man also said you all NEVER give a specific time, but in this case you did. The young man who came out was very nice and professional and he did a really good job. His name was Daniel. He is the only reason that I would possibly consider having my carpets done by your company again if I could have him to it. Make sure your persons who run your website know to check for future customers and don't misinformation and when a customer calls back because was told wrong, don't treat them like they are lying. It's not good for business.
I was extremely frustrated with the 2.5 hour window given for my appointment. The window given to me was between 4-6:30 PM. My wife had to schedule her appointments around this very large window, then at 6:25 PM we recieved a call saying the rep was running late. I nearly cancelled the appointment and called a different company out of frustration. This left a very sour feeling and is similar to the unfortunate reputation that plumbers and cable companies possess in terms of large windows and inconvenient appointments. If I choose not to utilize Zerorez in the future, it will be soley based on this poor customer approach.
Once our rep, Roy, arrived to the home, everything was great. Roy was very professional and it was obvious that he has a lot of passion for what he does. The carpets looked great when he was done and we were very pleased. I give Roy a 10 out of 10.
Clean stains on the first visit to avoid coming back.
We have used you 4 or 5 times and have always been amazed how good our carpet looks after you are finished. We referred you to a Property Manager that manages a rental property we own, and he was amazed. He now uses you consistently and on a regular basis. We have only had great experiences with your employees. Very cooperative and helpful.

I liked the upfront pricing, the promptness and professionalism of our serviceman, the fact that he did not spend time upselling me on products, and was realistic about what kind of results we could expect (and the carpet ended up looking better than I thought it ever could.)

Explain when appt is set up that if rooms are big, there will be an up-charge from amount quoted when rooms are larger. I didn't know that the charge quoted was for a certain sized room.
Easy scheduling and on time. Technician knew his job. Technician explained each step and the products used. Technician also explained other services available.
No soap build up. Very very clean.
We received a call confirming our appt. for 11:30 - 1 on Sat. Apr. 6 prior to the appt. The tech. called the house at 9 to let me know he was on the way and then again at 9:20 when he arrived however I had out running errands. I called the home office as soon as I got back to the house at 9:30. They checked with the tech and he did show up later in the morning. The tech was very curtious and friendly.
It took almost a full day for the carpets to dry in one of our rooms. We do not have an ceiling fan in that room. The tech also wasn't sure what rooms he was supposed to do. I showed him the main 3 rooms when he arrived and when he was finished, I asked about the 4th room. He said that he did the hallway so I guess he figured that was the 4th. He didn't move any furniture around or put anything under any of the pieces that might have needed to be raised up to allow for drying around the edges of the furniture. I didn't ask about this prior to making my appt. and was not sure about the normal proceedure. I should have checked when making the appt.
My old carpets look very good and he did a great job and was very informative
My carpet in living room still looks dirty. Not sure if anything can be done.
I thought trying to clean our 20+ year old carpet was going to be a waste of money, but I'm happy to say I was wrong.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL AND THE PRODUCT IS AMAZING
Tech seemed very knowledgeable and friendly.
Service technician was empowered to go above and beyond what was expected based on the appointment we set. He was also friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. The carpet looks and feels much better than it did. We like the idea of being eco-friendly when we can cost-competitively do so.
Very helpful and friendly technician. He explained why he would not be able to totally remove certain spots in our carpet and what it would cost (extra) to even try.
I loved the Zerorez service. My kitchen tile looked amazing after the cleaning. The service technician was very professional with his service. I was overall very pleased with this first-time experience with the zerorez process. My only dissatisfaction was with the cost--very expensive!
The carpet cleaning was great, however, the tech talked me into getting the tile in the kitchen, bath, and entry cleaned. That left a milky haze on some of the grout and especially the wood floor that abutts the tile. He did say I would have some foot marks, but it took me
about three or four washings of the wood floor to remove the footprints and the haze that was left on 30% of the grout. I would not do the grout cleaning again.
