I have had Zerorez to my house many times. This time the technician did not seem as "with it" as the others. He was confused. Also, he did not get new stains out that I believe the previous technicans would have.
Friendly, punctual and thorough.
It didn't seem any different that Stanley Steamer that we have used before. My husband continued to work on a few areas with hot water and a shop vac and made more improvement. The dried carpet was a little stiff afterwards.
I am so glad you asked. The only reason that I called for an appointment, was I heard the ad on KRLD radio for 3 rooms for $99 and a $50 gift card off other services. When I called to make an appointment, I added an extra room and was told it was $136. Ok, I could deal with that price. There was also an issue with the appointment. I would have never made an appoitment that late in the day, too close to dinner prep time. I do not believe that I committed to that late in the day.The techs were very courteous and professional and they added extra money for the hallway and told me to put the protective chemical on it after it was clean was also extra. They told me they had applied the $50 gift card to all of the services, but it still didn't seem correct. When they finished I wrote a check for a whopping $217 plus some change. I feel as though for that amount, I should have been prepared to pay that. They did a good job, except there was one brown spot that they could not get out of the back bedroom. I have the other side of the house and a carpeted bathroom that needs cleaning and I was going to give you the business, when I get paid in a couple of weeks. However, I feel as though I was misled about the pricing and I was not happy with the big stain left in the back bedroom. Of course, I told my sister about it and she told me that I was ripped off. I assured her that I was told one price and paid another. I think you have a good company, but you should not tell customers one thing and then get charged another price.
Your agent Joshua was very courteous and helpful. I loved the way the carpet smelled so clean and fresh after the work was done and how it looked so clean, natural, fluffy and it felt great under my feet after it was dry. Thank you very much.

I heard your add on one of the local sports radio talk shows and the deal sounded great. state of art technology that would re-twist my carpet to look like new (not even close). Then the "Pet" up-sell cleaning solution pitch...The carpet is clean but, I could have used my old guy for half the cost...

We really like that there is no residue and the pet odor remover worked great. The tech was very friendly and presentable.
I like that they are child and pet friendly, no chemical smell and seemed to do a good job on my floors.
The way the process cleaned the carpet and lifted up the fibers of the carpet. We also liked the way the technician demonstrated the procedure before he got started.

I called on Friday and even though there was a mix up the work was cometed the very next day.
When I set up the appointment, I was never informed that your carpet cleaning surface is not effective for pet stains. I was never asked if I had pet stains or any questions about the state of my carpets. I was informed at the time of service that if the zerorez cleaning method was used on my carpets as is, my entire house would stink. The price I was quoted to pre-treat the pet stains and clean the carpets was triple the cost I was originally quoted over the phone. This is not acceptable. However, it was too late to try and find another carpet cleaning method or get additional bids. I feel that this business method is underhanded and unethical.
Residue from the cleaning solution was left all over my wood floors and has some discoloration.

I liked the tile being cleaned however in the laundry room there was standing yellow water along the wall. In the downstairs bedroom this weekend I noticed there was no plastic put under the twin bed legs now I have stained new carpet under each leg of the bed. I specifically told the technician that it would stain. This is NEW carpet being cleaned for the first time. Can you come back out and try to remove the stains?
