I guess my expectations were too high. Hearing the advertisement on klty they talk about how clean and sanitary the carpets will be. I still had dirt and lint on my carpets. The guy that came was very nice and professional. He said my carpet was good quality and that it cleaned up nicely. I didn't feel that it was very clean.

Great communication and Cody got here right on time. He explained what he would be doing and cleaned a test spot so we could see what the carpet would look like after it was cleaned. Boy what a difference. Cody did a great job on all the carpet and was very neat. We will sure use the service again when we have the need.

I loved everything about the carpet service! My baby just started crawling and I thought I should have the carpets cleaned. I had no idea how bad they were!! I was actually following Chris around with my phone taking pictures of the noticeable lines between the cleaned and uncleaned carpet! I texted the pictures to my husband and his response was "Wow! And Gross at the same time!" Now my carpets are beautiful and I feel much better watching my baby crawl all over those white carpets!! I love zerorez!!

They did a great job cleaning my carpets. The technicians were super friendly and very good at explaining the entire process and what the different things I need to get my carpets as clean as can be.

The service was great. Since I also got the carpet done yesterday, I do not yet know how I will like the product. Looks good today but not sure how it will be in future --ie, attracting other dirt, etc.

The only thing I don't like about Zerorez is your answering service. They
gave me information that was not correct, didn't act like they cared whether
I did business with Zerorez. I have been a long time coustomer and in the earlier
years the telephone service was great.

No solvent or soap residue left in carpet. Tech Roy was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. My carpet looks, feels and smells like new after cleaning. The cost was very fair. I have already recommended Zerorez to others.

Timely, courteous, clear about scheduling, also the technician was a hard worker and very fast.

This is our first time to use Zerorez but I like the fact that there is no soap used on the carpet. The water was well extracted and the carpet was dry within 2-3 hours. I was pleased that they were able to clean up a couple of area's I had not been able to with my spot cleaning. The workers were pleasant & seem to do their job professionally.

Michael provided outstanding customer service. His attention to detail was exceptional, as well as, the quality of his workmanship. My only recommendation addresses the appointment scheduling, which has nothing to do with Michael's service or workmanship. The window of time given by the customer service representative should absolutely be reduced. If the customer schedules the service appointment well in advance, it should be possible to get the first appointment on that day guarranteed.

I like that there is no residue left in the carpet. My carpets look brand new. My only criticism is that I didn't like being asked to "come and look" during the cleaning process. Explanations about what the tech was doing were long and delayed getting the work done. Also, I did not like the demonstration at the end to try and sell the protectorent as he had already been at my house for 4 hours and I was ready for the job to be finished. I did not want to be sold something else at that point. In addition, the customer service rep who set my appointment told me it would only take 2 hours and never told me how to prepare ie. vacuum and move the furniture. He also did not explain that the price he quoted me was an estimate and subject to change once the tech came out and actually looked at the job. So, I like the result, but the process could be improved.

Cleaned carpet extremely well and the people cleaning were very knowledgable, professional and nice.

The carpet service was great. It took a while to dry and one room seemed like the pet treatment did not work as well. I thought the tile service was way too expensive so I chose to not do it.
