We were a little up set that the person that came out wanted to up sell us on the spots that we thought should be taken care of when he was here. Why weren't we told about some of these things before.? Don't get us wrong the guy was great but why does he have to be the one that
has to do the dirty work. Excuse the pun ! So not so happy with this.
We were very happy with our technician, Jessie. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. We felt like he did a good job with our carpets.

The service & work done was great but there were added charges that we were not made aware of before like environmental fee & fuel charge. It would not have made a difference but

I had more stains show up after the carpet was cleaned. I called and spoke with Samantha and she said to send her pictures and she would show a supervisor and that someone would call me on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I sent pictures and still have not heard from anyone at Zerorez. I usually have y’all come out about every two or three months and have always been satisfied. So this is very disappointing.
Carpet did not clean as hoped. Ken our technician was very courteous and professional.
Did an amazing job, technician was timely, called before arriving, very professional, explained what would work and not work. Adapted quickly to what I needed rather than what made him more money.
Don’t give up when calling to set up service. Phone system was a little frustrating, but service from office to technician in the home, amazing service.

It was a great and easy experience from start to finish! The online booking was easy and quick. There was great communication leading up to the appointment. My technician showed up promptly. He was very friendly and professional! He did an excellent job and was very quick with his work. We had an excellent overall experience! We will definitely be using ZeroRez’s services again in the future and I will gladly refer friends to use ZeroRez!
I was told the person would move
Furniture under 50 pounds. He would not do that. My wife just had knee replacement surgery so she was unable to move it as well. He did not do a thorough job at all.
Only had a few spots on the carpet, but the treatment did not remove the spots. Techniciain didn't communicate to me that the spots were not removed or indicate that there were any problems with getting the spots out of the carpet. The entire reason for having my carpet cleaned was to remove those spots, so the whole thing was a waste of time, energy and money.
Excellent results on an old carpet. Mario provided on time and caring attention to details.
