Clean well, fast and punctual.
WE LIKE THAT YOU DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS OR SOAP. THE CARPET STAYS CLEANER AND LOOKS BETTER MUCH LONGER THAN OTHER METHODS.

Well, I called you up and use you (for the very first time this week) based on two factors: First: I’m an avid KLUV listener and Jodi Dean’s endorsements of your products convince me that you would do an outstanding job. Secondly, in those ads I got the impression that stains were no problem for you guys and that basically you can get out almost anything (reference paint, crayons, wax, etc. removed)
When your technician arrived, I told him that in addition to doing my house (the 3 room special for $79) I was most interested in having my wife’s Lexus SC 430 carpets clean. Please bear in mind this is a small two-seater car with not much carpet. Though the price you quoted $80 seem quite high as compared to your 3 rooms special, I felt that would be worth it to restore her carpets. When your technician finished, he called me out to look and said that he’d gotten most of it out. The sky was overcast, the carpets were soaked (not just wet) and looking at them under those conditions, I thought they looked much improved. However, after he left, I remove the carpeted mats to help with the drying… and discovered that in direct sunlight the carpet had been brushed in a direction that made it look much cleaner than it actually was!
Your technician also cleaning the three rooms in my house, and frankly I can see no big change to any of those carpets, however they were in good shape.
All I can say is, if this is the best you can do on my wife’s car for $80, after Jodi Dean’s endorsements bragging about your ability to remove stains… I’m extremely disappointed!
Nice to see the rep was half hour earlier the schedule time. The associate was very nice to move my furniture where other DONT. how fast the the proccess was done and clean the carpet looked. removed stains that we were not able to do it... Great work...

More up front on pricing. More information on services. Cleaner did not remove shoes or place covers on shoes when walking on carpet before or after cleaning.

You were able to get our 17 year old carpeting a lot cleaner than we expected.
Had set appt on Thursday 2/20 from 4 to 6 p.m. with No show to my appt. Appt changed to Saturday, a day we love to sleep in.
No soap or dirt coming back up from the carpet.
I was very impressed with Justin, the service provider. He was very personable and professional. Since it's been just one day since we had the carpets cleaned and deodorized,I don't feel qualified to comment on the success of the product and procedure.
