My carpet was horrible but james got out all the spots except where bleach had been spilled. Will request him for other areas
Requested 3 rroms be cleaned should have been the 79.00 plus tax then had a chair cleaned and the total price of !77.51. I had it done because the gentlemen were here and very nice and professional. That was way to costly.
closet in a bedroom was not cleaned, when I called was put on hold, and she din not seem to be happy.
Had a window set for 8-11 am. Didn't show till almost 1pm. Apparently my work order was thrown onto his route. Punctuality is key for me. All in all Luke was very professional. He did a great job.
It really didn't seem to get the carpets clean as advertised.

My carpets look great. It's the best carpet cleaning I ever had and I have used chemical cleaning and steam cleaning companies before. The technicians were great, answered questions,were polite and a delight to have in my home. I will request them again. I have already told several friends Zerorez is the way to go.

The technician was very polite and personable. He did a great job on the tile except firvthe spot ok needed cleaned. The spot of tile I wanted cleaned is still visibly dirty. The technician did not spend any extra time trying to remove to spot from the tile and grout. He told me it should lighten up overnight. It does look better than it did when he started. The rest of the room was great. I feel like he could have spent more time trying to remove the spot since that is why I called you in the first place. I still have to get it cleaned since in trying to sell the house.

2 gentlemen showed up at approximately 4 pm and I felt like they were at the end of their day and had no intentions of doing any work. I had an area 10 x 12, I had removed padding and treated concrete for pet odor. I replaced the padding except for a 2 x 4 square. I had put down 1/2 the rooms tack strip. I needed the carpet stretched and cleaned. The gentlemen told me they did not have any padding nor tack strips. If I wanted to go to the store to get some they would put it down. Charging $75 to nail remaining few tack strips. I received a quote of approximately $597.00 total to do the work. I truly felt they had no intentions of doing the work that day. I have used Zerorex in the past. The first time we had carpet cleaned and spot treated only to have the spots return. One of the managers came out and recleaned the carpet, he was truly an asset to your company. I had the carpet again cleaned last November but the pet odor in this particular room came back smelling once the weather turned warm. I did all the prepwork and only needed the carpet put down and cleaned. As of today, the work has been completed except for the carpet cleaning which I will arrange with another company when I can negotiate another vacation day. I really like your product and would hope that I could always get a manager to clean my carpet, but just feel like some employees are just that, employees.
I love that I could walk on the carpets right away. My technician was extremely friendly, professional and understanding to what result I was looking for... after 10 years of 2 kids and 2 dogs on the carpets. Zerorez was able to work with my short deadline of carpet cleaning and repair - in order to sell our home. Our home stager was truly amazed at how well the carpets came clean! Our technician truly took his time to make sure that the job was done right! Truly, there is no comparison to any other company we have ever used in the past. Thanks so much Zerorez!

They got the carpets very clean and the workers were very professional.
Your advertisement led me to believe that the deepest dirt would be removed, but when the technician came out, he said it might not be possible. And it wasn't so my dirty carpet is still dirty. Felt I was taken advantage of. You also advertised you didn't move heavy pieces of furniture BUT you did not move BUT one ottoman and left easily moveable tables and chairs and cleaned AROUND them which was very disappointing. AND, I was supposed to receive a $100 gift certificate to a jeweler and never received that either.

I was told that you would try and accommodate my preference in time for a quote and that I would get a 30 minute courtesy call before the service person arrived at my home. Instead, the service man called 15 minutes prior to arriving at my home and I was the fist one on the afternoon schedule. I had to rush home to get there as soon as I could. I think you should improve is this area. On the bright side, the service man was very pleasant and accommodating.
Zerorez removed spots that other carpet cleaning companies were unable or just not tenacious enough to remove. Zerorez left my carpets spotless. The employees were very polite, friendly, clean and professional.

Tech was professional and did a great job. Love the carpet afterward. The smell of the Protectant was strong but that is to be expected and it went away after a day.
The only problem I have is that I was charged $120 for the Protectant and the Tech had told me it was $99 total. He couldn't give me an exact total or receipt so I didn't know exactly what the amounts were. I just printed it out today.
