Price changed from when I booked the radio ad to when you came and charged me. Plus I did not get the $100 Fullers Jewelry gift card either.
My carpets are very old and your products cleaned very well.
On our front room carpet you can clearly see the wand pattern where the technician cleaned the carpet. We thought these would go away after a day or two but the pattern is still very visible-not at all what we expected from ZeroRez. I don't know if this pattern will ever come out of the carpet now-very disappointed with the way the carpet looks now and this is very expensive carpet we have. I decided to give ZeroRez a try after listening to all the ads on KRLD radio but will think twice about doing this again.

A bit more education on what carpet cleaning actually is and does.
I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet. It had been soiled so badly with my puppy potty habits. Than I dropped a large coke right in the middle of the family rug and couldn't get it up totally. The tech worked wonders on my carpet. He explained to me about everything he was going to do. He showed me all the soiled spots with his special light. I thought it was a miracle. I am getting ready for company and am so proud that I have a clean carpet instead of being ashamed of it. Thank you so much. I would recommend you to any and everyone! Thank you.
The serviceman was prompt, polite and informative. After he finished the carpet was spotless and there was a pleasant smell. We were very pleased with the service.

On time arrival (actually - early!), carpets looked great and there wasn't a stiff/residue sticky feel
the products are clean, odorfree and no soaps.
The one thing I was unhappy about was I was told by the tech that if I paid for the pet ordor remover it would be guaranteed to be gone. So I paid several dollars extra. When he was done I paid him. He said my receipt would be in my email. When I later looked at the receipt it said it was not guaranteed. I felt mislead. The pet ordors are still present. I am unhappy right now.
Service was fast and efficient. I liked that soaps weren't going into my carpet.
I'm not sure, I have a stain in my play room that when your techs are here, it disapears completely.. and then it comes right back as soon as the carpet dries. I think it brown soda. It's the oddest thing ever. Y'all have been out twice in the past 3 months

The carpets have a bad smell and the crew did not show up on sSaturday or call. Very disappointed.
I had to wait all day for a phone call and the call did not come until 3pm. I would have preferred a call in the morning to give me a time so I did not have to stay home all day and wait on the "call".

Arrive on time. Appointment was for 1:30 to 3:30, tech did not show up until 5:15. I was supposed to be somewhere at 6:30, obviously I was late.
Tyrese was super professional and did an amazing job. I felt like I got an even better deal than what I originally thought I was getting.
