My technician was thorough and did a really great job! I've had my carpets cleaned before and he got up more stains than any other service I've used.
It didn't smell, carpet was dry in a few hours, the technician was very friendly and explained each step of the process and the results were great.
I heard many great things about Zerorez and decided "This" is the company I want to clean my carpets. I had them done, but was not pleased with how they turned out initially. I called Zerorez and they sent a second truck out at no charge, with a highly skilled individual who carefully and completely walked the house and problem areas and explained more detail to me than I ever knew about carpets and how to clean and take care of them. I'm an Electronic Systems Engineer - and I found this individual to be a master of his trade.
At no charge to me, Zerorez cleaned my carpet a second time, and the second time spent extra time, going the extra mile to do everything possible to make the carpets look and smell 100% for their age. He also worked on his hands and knees on my steps in corners and edges - and they look like new.
I believe in Zerorez, as I have never had such a response. It's not that the first serviceman didn't do something incorrect, but the re-cleaning was informative and the serviceman really, really dug in deep on his hands and knees until nothing was left to chance.
I can't tell you how pleased I am. I will hire Zerorez again in my new home over any other company on the market, I would recommend them to anyone I know and would recommend them to people I don't.

The work was great and professional
This would be my second time using the zerorez service to clean our carpets. The first time I used your sevice was on 31 Oct 2013. I called that day and the guy arrived very shortly after. He was very professional and did an outstand job cleaning our carpets which looked great for several months before needing recleaning. The second time wasnt so great. On the first scheduled attempt the guy never called to let us know he was on the way. We had to reschedule and when he did come the carpets looked like they hadnt been touched after one week. I am extreamly dissapointed in the service. The only thing the guy was interested in was trying to give me an upsale and getting out of there. I don't know the name of the guy that cleaned our carpets the first time but I would recommend hiring more like him and getting rid of the second guy.

3 months ago we had a estimate of $150 for stretching of the carpet, this time it was not recommended to stretch the carpet.
We were told that some stains could not be removed but were removed by another persons solution. Should not have been charged for work that cannot be done. It would seem that Zerrores is becoming like other carpet cleaning companies in that charging for minut work details are above getting carpets clean with your product. My carpets were wet for 12 hours after the cleaning. Seth never treated us like this.
I was pleasantly pleased with how well my grout looked after it dried. I gave the tech a hard time because he said it would like almost like new. I had not planned on getting my tile cleaned but was encouraged to do so. I was skeptical that it could look better and I am glad that I spent the money.

After the third time, things are perfect. Tom worked really hard on my problem areas! Zerorez stuck with it and things came out great.
You quoted a different price on the phone, but once on site, a 40% increase. When I asked to speak to a manager, none was available...they out to lunch and subsequent call. I was also promised a $100 gift certificate to Fuller's Jewelry....and 2 weeks later...still no certificate. I have reported you to the better business bureau and have blogged every site I know to say what a sham your company is. I will say that your technical was so sorry for the 'misunderstanding' that he would be willing to take it out of his pay....although so admirable, I could not do that as I am sure he was probably making minimum wage for the $180 charged for the 30 minute treatment that was performed. BTW...advertised price &79 with the $100 certificate. Realizing I had only one bedroom, 15 stairs and 1.5 hallway...I was quoted $120. U are a scam and should not be allowed to operate in the good state of TEXAS. I will make sure that I let anyone and everyone know how horrible I was treated and the response I received from you company. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the representation of which I received from the media and will continue to make an effort so others are not scorned by your company.....BTW....carpets were NOT clean!!!!

Let me start by saying my carpets look great. However, the technician made it clear that the special price of $80 would never get the job done. What we needed was to spend $500 to do it right. I said that was out of the question. So he said well we can go as low as $334 and still be good. I reluctantly agreed. He then says, "I just cant do a halfway job. So I'm going to do the better job and you can just make it up to me on my tip." I feel I was pressured for an upgrade that I don't know if I even needed. Let a real bad taste in my mouth.
How clean and legit the products were! They did exactly what they claimed to do!
The advertised price was $79.99 for 3 rooms. We were charged $200 and all the kid did was the walking path from our front door to the bathroom door. In a very small apartment, he should at least have done under the dining table (very easy to move) and under the ottoman.

The scheduling system is easy to use. The Technicians called ahead as promise and were on time, were polite and cleaned the carpet at the quoted price. The carpet looks great. The carpet also dried in the 4-6 hrs the technician said it would.
The service made no improvement on the dust marks around my baseboards. The tech finished and told me he made zero difference
I took a white rag to it and with little effort all the dark spots came out. After paying for NOTHING I spent the rest of the night cleaning it myself.
I would never use this service again and wrote a review along with a photo.
Results much better than other provider. Competent service man.
