Cleans effectively and quickly without chemicals!
I had to call 5 times to get someone to come out of the hotel?
Your customer service is outstanding. Our carpets were recently cleaned but we were not satisfied and so I emailed and called your offices. A supervisor came ou and tesed the areas and determined that they weren't properly cleaned. Technician re-cleaned and our home looked beautiful. I've been using your service for three years and you guys were the only company that was able to remove this large stain.
The house looked great after it was finished
Service tech was great. He took care of some very bad cat issues on our carpet and made our tile look like new!!!

We had a good experience with your company. Although it's true that if you have difficult stains, the price goes up significantly, but we have never been able to get our carpet as clean as it is now. We also chose to scotch-guard in an effort to keep it that way!! The young man who worked with us was very polite and attentive to our concerns.

I called and mentioned pet stains on my carpet. The person on the phone told me about a 4 rooms for $99, and told me that there might be a surcharge for the pet stains. When the technician looked at my 4 rooms, he quoted me $769. I felt obligated to use y
I had to have my carpet cleaned twice because the first time it didn't look so good. But Thomas came out and re did my carpet and i am so pleased!!!! He was super nice, informative, and did a fabulous job. You guys have a fantastic employee and he deserves a raise! :-) i will defenetly tell all my friends and family how wonderful Zerorez is.
