Better communication from the home office with the customer. We were given different time frames the cleaning was to happen and when the person arrived we got another time frame. Overall we felt Fabian and his helper were very professional and at this point it appears we have a great job. May take a few days to see if there are any spots we are not happy with but at this point I don't anticipate that.

Technicians were given the wrong house number or could not read. They went next door. However, they were pleasant, courteous, professional and friendly.
There was a black spot on the carpet in the front of the closet that was not removed. I got it out the next day with a spray of NOW cleaner (from Sam's) and a white rag. Are they unable to spot clean?????
There were two black scuffs on the white walls, made by the equipment used to clean the carpet.
Technician told me the carpet would be dry in four hours and I didn't need to run fans to dry. I put a fan on it, anyway, and eight hours later, it was still very wet.
It is too early to tell how good the cleaning job is. When carpet completely dries, often stains become apparent again.

We have had other carpet cleaners in the past. There has always been one spot that would not come out. It is still there, but far less noticeable. What can I say? The carpet is over 11 years old.

Great job cleaning some difficult areas of carpet. Didnt smell. The guys that were here were very professional.
My service tech, Anthony Grassi, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In my opinion, Anthony's approach, overall communication and results are paramount and I would highly recommend his services in conjunction with the Zerorez guarantee.
I had Zerorez come out in December on the special and spent quite a bit more than I had expected. The traffic areas came back within a week or two. Our dog has has several accidents that I wanted spot treated since then and I had Zerorez come back again on a $79 special. I ended up spending almost $500. The technician recommended extra treatments that were not mentioned the first time. I am not happy with the results. The carpets looked good for a few weeks. Our carpet is 16 months old.
Clean, friendly and fast!
The grout in the kitchen could have been cleaned more thoroughly. In this case it was not scubbed evenly so the grout has many light and dark patches making it look inconsistent. For the $800 bill I paid to have my whole house cleaned (carpet, tile halls stairs) and the tile area is 2/3 of my entire downstairs, I expected it to look better than it idoes.
Carpets are cleaner than previously.

It's been a month since I had my carpets cleaned and it still looks amazing. It is still very soft and clean feeling, we are happy with the results and will be using you guys for all of our future cleanings. Also, we were so PLEASED with the technician, he was so knowledgeable and friendly. He even gave us several tips and techniques to get stains AND red out of carpet which we have tried everything and not been able to do (we have 3 kids and 2 dogs so we have several spills in our home.) He also took his time and answered all of our questions, we didn't feel rushed at all. Wonderful experience...Thank you!!
