What do you like about our products and services?

Cody took his time to explain what services we needed to clean our carpets and to maintain it for the future. It didn't seem like he rushed to finish the job, but instead made sure he did the best job to satisfy us.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I paid to have 7 rooms of carpet and stairs cleaned. After they tried they had a dirty water smell. I called to have someone come back out. They said they would be back on Saturday. They did not show up or call. I had to call again on Monday and they finally came back out on Tuesday. Very disappointed after all.the advertising I heard on the radio.

The guy that cleaned our house was very kind and very professional. He was here to get our carpets clean. The end results surpassed what I had hoped for. We've uses ya'll before and will definitely call you again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We were sold on zerorez after the first time we had you clean our carpets. However, after this last time, we have our doubts. Initially, the carpets looked good but www did notice areas that were not completely cleaned. The service guy that we had complained that he was getting"too old" to do this type of work. He also started the carpets when it was getting dark outside making it difficult to see the carpets clearly even with the lights on.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech was several hours late and most of the high traffic stains (grime) didn't come out. It appears that they were "moved" by the cleaning actions. The traffic pattern spot that was 18 inches wide was 24 inches wide after the cleaning and just slightly lighter. My thoughts are, if it can be moved, it can be REmoved.

Huge positive ... the tardiness was communicated several times which was VERY much appreciated and not common in the industry. I wasn't upset with the delay because of the communications.

It was a please to meet the technician. I am not sure if the Zerorez products clean as well as I expected or if something else wasn't working properly or if the carpets were simply too weathered to be cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

During the discussion with the technician, he explicitly told me he "wasn't planning on moving the furniture" in any of the rooms, and then also told me that if i did want the furniture moved, i would have to supply my own plastic carpet shields to put under the legs of the couches.
i would expect this to be a standard inclusion with the carpet cleaning service, but the technician made it seem like it was a chore, and that this was a strange request.
After all the good things i've heard about ZeroRez, i was pretty disappointed in the customer service aspect.

The technician was super. He was having problems with the equipment and I did not do a walk through before he left, but when I stepped on the carpet I knew we were in trouble. There was so much water! I knew it would not dry in about 4 hours. Fortunately, I have a SteamVac and was able to extract the water. I extracted 4 gallons of water from the living room and bedroom. It still took 24 hours for the carpet to dry.

I was so disappointed because I have heard so much advertisement about Zerorez!! I feel it was just the bad equipment..Sorry!

What do you like about our products and services?

Never had a better job done calling a carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets, that's why I started just doing it myself. Until recent health issues I needed to call someone out, I was pleasantly pleased with the professional carpet cleaning I received and the technician was friendly and just a great guy. I paid what was the promised quote was no hidden fees or sales pitch fees, loved it.
