The tech was great and the carpet looks good. I feel like the tile was dirtier after having it cleaned than it was before. I ended up steaming my tile floors because they had residue all over them. However the grout looks good.
Your staff is awesome...The guys that came out were fantastic and served us well. Customer service is excellent! Thank you!!

You had my rug for 3 months. I called numerous times and left messages and no return calls. Finally after being hold forever they located my rug. Delivery was set up and they realized they had the wrong rug so it had to be rescheduled. Lack of prompt communication was not optimal.
My carpets and rooms smelled fresh. Sergio was very knowledgeable and polite. He took time to walk through before and after cleaning. Her answered my questions about treatments and cleaning other items in my home.
The tech was very courteous and friendly. Did a good job.

Our technician was great - respectful and efficient. I think the the zerorez process is not that great, though. The carpet looked clean when the tech left, but by the time it was dry, there were big areas where dirt came back up.
I've used traditional carpet cleaning and never had this problem - and paid half the price for the service, so I'd be more likely to recommend one of those companies.
I did not see the difference as far as clean compared to any other steam cleaning
I still do not have my receipt. The final price was much more than advertised price and the overall cleaning was not superior to any other carpet company.
I do want to note that Paul who did the cleaning did an excellent job and is very courteous and professional.

This is the third time we have used Zerorez. The second time you took us to the bank ! When the tech came this time I said let's discuss price first. He said he would clean a spot and I could see if I was pleased. Well he went on and cleaned everything. When he finished we talked price. We had a $25 gift card from our displeasure with the second cleaning price. He did a good job, tipped him a Jackson and he left. Still not happy not getting a price up front.

Didn't remove stains or offer any additional services or suggestions for removal which is disappointing since I paid more than I've ever paid your competitors for carpet cleaning and I received better results with competitors.
Your technician was fine however we were charged over 3 times the quoted amount when he said $60 per room for pet treatment it was not explained that it was not in addition to the $33 already quoted. Also 2 of the rooms didn't even have pet issues. Last we didn't receive the $50 coupon for the steakhouse. Over $400 to clean 3 bedrooms and a dining room is ridiculous.

Everything looked and smelled clean. But once the carpet was dry my wife vacuumed and noticed the vaccum was full of dirt.

Carpets are left absolutely clean, no chemical smells. The staff (Reagan ) was very professional.
